We did the Taste of Triana - Market & Tapas Experience with Elena. It was a fantastic experience with the best combination of food, wine and history. Elena had an intimate knowledge of the Triana Markets and so was able to show us around and order us tapas dishes, cheeses, salads and other local delicacies that we would never would have thought of ordering. She also introduced us to local wines and spirits that we had never experienced before. We did the walking tour of the Alcazar and sourrounding with Alba and it was amazing. Alba waited for us with a smile in the placa in fronte of the Alcazar and we went right in (we went at 10.00). From the moment we walked in, we were amazed by the architecture but most of all by the history and anecdotes that Alba told us! She was very knowledgeable, funny and nice and it was a pleasure listening to her. After the Alcazar we went to the Jewish quarter and after some more amazing stories and tips we finished the tour. She took us to several different stops with a variety of flavors and explained the historical and cultural context of each dish and paired it well with drinks appropriate for the taste and the locale.
