We booked a walking tour with Jade to explore Avignon back in June. Jade was an awesome guide. She was very informative and interesting and did a great job providing information which catered to the diverse interests of my whole family (including my wife and two adult children). My wife is slightly mobility challenged and Jade kept a perfect pace to allow us to see as much of the city as possible without feeling rushed. Jade also recommended a wonderful restaurant to eat at before our tour so we could make a reservation ahead of time.A wonderful morning in Avignon

To get a deeper impression of Avignon, you should take a guided tour. Starting point of my tour was the Place de l'Horloge. During my 3-hour-tour i visited a lot of interesting places like the pont d'Avignon, the palais des Popes and the roches des doms; the last spot was a wonderful viewing point. Jaime was not really conversant in English. His tour was poorly planned and he was not understandable at all. We eventually left the tour claiming my wife wasn't feeling well. There is nothing good to say about the tour at all. Very disappointed

Jade is a nice girl but the tour she provides is not what is advertised: 10 Tastings of Avignon. She calls herself the Chief Wine and Dine Officer which would be great if it were true. No real knowledge of food, certainly not 10 tastings which was supposed to include drinks. I assumed wine, But wrong assumption. No wine, no proper food and not even water. A little history sprinkled throughout a long and lackadaisical walk around town. I wouldn’t have minded so much if it wasn’t so expensive. Definitely not worth it by a long shot. Not worth it
