What you can expect
Get ready to hop on an early morning drive to Northern Burgundy. I will pick you up and drive you there.
Our first stop will be in the village of Chablis. Enjoy a drive through the vineyards and admire the beautiful scenery and surroundings.
We'll visit a reknowned artisan winery in the morning where you can enjoy a 90 minute private tour and taste the best wines. Afterwards, it'll be time for lunch. Get your taste buds ready to enjoy traditional Burgundy cuisine along with a Chablis/Burgundy pairing in one of the region's best bistro.
After lunch, we'll head to another family winery for a new cellar visit and a tasting of its range that will enable you to discover a different style of winemaking and understand the "terroir" of Chablis.
The area also offers some amazing Pinot Noir in the villages of Irancy and Epineuil. We will also discover these
After the visit of the Village of Chablis, I'll also take you for a hike in the scenic premier Cru and grand cru vineyards to explain the complexity of vineyards management and the amazing diversity of the soils.
