Olivier met us at our hotel and tailored the tour accordingly. We learned so much about Turin's history and culture. We visited sites we would otherwise not have thought of and got to experience some uniquely local gems. Olivier was very conscious of my wife's mobility limitations and adjusted the pace accordingly. It was an amazing tour of Turin with Angelo. In a short time of three hours I learned so much about the history, architecture and treasures of this city. The tour was most interesting, informative and highlighted by special moments, discoveries and meetings- like the charming old lady in the yarn shop who gave me a hand-made Christmas gift that I will treasure ❤️ I am asking myself: why have I not visited before? I want to come back already for the art gallery and opera and yet another look at the beautiful buildings and squares.. Angelo was thorough & efficient AND delightful! From introductions to Fascist architecture to The Savoies to Bicerin (to be consumed with an excavation motion — NEVER stirred!), we couldn’t have spent a better 2.5 hours. I would highly recommend Angelo. Who knew that chocolate was introduced to Italy via an alliance of between the Italians & the Spanish against the French?! Make the most of Turin. Pick Angelo!

I did the 10 tastings tour with Angelo and had an amazing time. He is well-versed in Turin history and local delicacies. Angelo is well known to the shop proprietors and restaurant staff, so we were treated well. He was very cognizant of my food intolerance, and the cheese shop put together a fantastic assortment of low-lactose cheeses for me. It was incredible. Highly recommend Ten Tastings of Turin with Angelo! It was a fun and refreshing way to get to know the city of Turin which has such a rich history and even richer foods! We appreciated our Angelo thoughtfully planned this tour, orienting us to the geography of Turin and Piedmont and walking us along major streets and through beautiful piazze. We tasted incredible chocolates with vermut, local cheeses and meats along with Nebbiolo wine, and ended with some delicious treats and a macchiato in a traditional Turinese coffee house. You can tell that Angelo takes so much pride in his city and has a real passion for sharing the history, culture and food. We had a fantastic tour with Angelo. He shared really interesting insights on history, architecture and Turin. We visited parts of the city away from the normal streets that tourists end up visiting. The tastings were fantastic and really helped us try local specialities that we had not come across before. We really appreciated that as we don’t eat meat that Angelo had arranged that the tastings didn’t include any cuts that they normally would.
