Time flies when you are having fun, same happened to me and my wife during Caterina’s tour. We were told stories about every piece of food we tried or street we walked, the menu was pure marble: the cuts, the drinks, the local gems, the sweets and OMG that gellato... All the places we visited treated Caterina like a boss of Milan, so we felt VIP, and got nice discounts when shopping between the waypoints. We have made a last minute reservation in the morning to make a tour with Francesca that afternoon. Francesca is a lovely lady and she has shown us Milano with all the local beauty’s. History of the houses, foods and drinks. We really liked the Negroni 😊But she was also interested in us as a person. At the end our private tour took one hour longer we had so much to see and share . Absolutely fantastic and energetic tour guide who helped us get a glimpse of the Milano way of life. What a fun tour! Wandering around the neighborhoods of Milan, with a knowledgeable, charming guide to tell us all about what we were seeing as we strolled and ate delicious genuine real dishes as we went along. My husband and I booked a food tour with Caterina on my birthday. She is an extremely lovely, lively, and friendly person. Cat showed us the non-touristy part of the center of Milan, gave us tips on where to go shopping, told us a little bit of history about Milan, and of course took us to eat some awesome food! The gelato and chocolate were particularly delicious. Cat gave us a great recommendation about where to get apertivos near the canal later in the day. She also took some great pictures of my husband and I. This swee lady also surprised me with a delicious pastry and a birthday candle as a birthday present at the last stop on our food tour. We definitely would not have enjoyed visiting Milan as much if we didn’t meet Cat and learn about the non-touristy parts, stores, and restaurants of Milan. Thanks for everything, Cat! You’re the best. :)Caterina is the best!

We spent a lovely afternoon with Francesca walking through Brera, hearing stories about disctricts history, discussing Sforza's and Habsburgs influences on the city still visible in local artists crafts, visiting hidden from tourists old churches with courtyrads full of fragrant blossoming rose bushes and of course discovering Italian food. We would not ordered most of the dishes ourselves as we were ingnorant how tasty it could be. We were so full by the end that no dinner was needed:) The proper cannolli with ricotta as well as spicy cashmir tea will be remembered and missed in EdinburghHidden Milan with tasty treats
