We had a 7 hour layover in Singapore on our way back to San Francisco. We chose the 1.5 hour tour because we wanted to get back to the airport on time although on a Sunday it was a quick taxi ride there and back. Stefan was our tour guide and he took us around some of the buildings in downtown while giving us history about Singapore and its path to independence. He was very knowledgeable about the architecture and history of the buildings we sa. Stefan was a great guide and very knowledgeable. Quick Singapore Walk

We sort of mucked Jack around with start times, and he was super chill about it (we did get there on time in the end). As we had spent 40 hours without sleep (thank you Emirates!), we didn't have any real direction for Jack, but he managed to show us some of the history and certainly his knowledge of Singapore is second to none. At the end of the 90 minute introduction to Singapore he even hand delivered us to Raffles and told us about the history of it on the way!Knowledgeable and accommodating.

The City Kickstart Tour was an excellent introduction to Singapore. It was the best way to experience the city on our first day. Our tour guide, Grayson was very professional, friendly and highly knowledgeable. We learnt history, culture, government and many more! We enjoyed the Merlion Park, the former City Hall, Cavenagh Bridge, thé Parliament House, Victoria Theater and Concert Hall. My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Our favorite place was the Fullerton Hotel for its grandeur, historic architecture and its importance to the history of Singapore. We highly recommend this tour to anyone planning to visit Singapore for the first time. We appreciate Grayson’s ability to make us feel welcome. Wir haben mit Jack eine City Kickstarttour gebucht. Die Tour war super, Jack hat uns im Vorfeld nach unseren Interessen gefragt und die Tour nach unseren individuellen Wünschen gestaltet. Wir wurden am Hotel abgeholt und Jack hat uns eine Stunde länger durch Singapur geführt als wir gebucht hatten ohne einen Aufpreis zu verlangen. Wenn man die Kickstarttour bucht sollten man vorher genau überlegen was man sehen möchte, in 90 Minuten kann man sich nur auf 1-2 Highlights in Singapur konzentrieren. Prima Tour

We had been given a 90 min tour with Kenny as a Christmas gift and also as a way of providing us with an introduction to Singapore as we had just arrived the previous day. Kenny was excellent, really very knowledgeable about the history of Singapore right up to the present day. The tour self focused on the Chinatown area given we only had 90 mins (given the quality of the tour we wished we had longer) and it was exceptionally interesting. Kenny showed us areas, buildings and important symbols and temples that we would never have come across ourselves. It was my first time in Singapore (and to be honest Asia), I wasn't sure what, where, how to start. The kickstart tour was perfect to do so, especially thanks to Monica. First of all, she found many ways to avoid the heat and the crowds. Then, she is so outgoing and passionate about her city and country, it's a true joy to walk around with her! My daughter and I organised it so that we had an overnight layover in Singapore before our next flight. Went with Monica in the morning to discover what we could in 4 hours! If we could give Grayson more than 10/10, we would. The food tour exceeded our expectations and we really enjoyed our morning with Grayson. He is a very pleasant unassuming man with a relaxed but professional personal style. Although, this tour has a focus on Singapore food, we learnt so much about life in Singapore, the cultures, and lots more. We really appreciated that he was happy to answer our questions. Susan has a hearing loss and really appreciated that Grayson was happy to use her remote microphone which fed his voice through to her hearing aids. This made it much easier for her. Thank you so very much Grayson. This tour with you was one of the best things we have done in Singapore. A big thank you to Grayson - he was organized, insightful, and engaging. We tried 10 different intriguing foods that you might not find in the guidebook. We walked through Arab Street, the Malay section and took the MRT to Chinatown. Along the way, Grayson gave us context for the food that we tasted along with the history of its introduction. As we walked, he gave us insights into Singaporean culture and politics that added to the experience. We were impressed by his depth of knowledge and appreciated him sharing his life experience. I would give him a 10 out of 10 and would recommend this to anyone visiting Singapore, ideally you might do it on your first day as Grayson was also full of suggestions that were very useful. Adam was punctual and polite. He always asked if we understood Adam is personable and eager to show a visitor an array of typically his communication and always asked if we wanted water or souvenirs during our tour. There was great communication and over the allotted time in order to get another taste of two before advice prior to our tour Adam tailored our tour to avoid places we were scheduled to visit. Monica picked me up at the hotel and showed me a side of Singapore that many tourists don’t see from the singing birds to the original village and local shopping areas.
