May 6,2019... Spent 1/2 a day with Claudio with my travel partner exploring the Dutch Villages Volendam and Marken. He was very knowledgeable about the history and current affairs of Amsterdam, and presented the information in a non hurried fashion allowing for questions in between. Not only did we discuss the tour but talked of all sorts of things, it was like spending the day with a good friend. I would encourage everyone to book a tour with this good soul. If we could have requested the most knowledgeable (historical, current trends, political reasons and why it all fits to make Holland work today) guide we picked a winner in Marten. He couldn't have been more personable, knowledgeable and an extremely able communicator. We felt like old friends chatting about everything from our first handshake to our last goodbye. We never felt rushed or hurried and learned so much in such an easy and understandable way from a really nice guy. I can not say enough good about Claudio! From the very beginning of our reservation he was very helpful, replying to messages immediately and helping us feel at ease in the meeting spot/time since we were on a tight schedule. Then our flights were changed and we had to move dates, he was not obligated to accommodate but had the new date available, so we were all set. But Delta made our time in Amsterdam go from 9 hours to one hour so our tour was off. Through the entire process he was great, and we plan on a longer trip to Amsterdam in the future and hope he will be available! Thank you.Amazing Service

My father and I had a wonderful time with Claudio exploring the small towns of Volendam and Marken. We were there during the off season which allowed us to experience the town without a sea of other tourist’s. It is a beautiful place that you must experience for your self. Tommi was a very good guide and he knew a lot about the history of Amsterdam. He had an excellent way of explaining the history. The only problem that we had was the extra walking that Tommi took us on to see a park that was outside of downtown and really didn't pertain much to the Dutch history. Elvina was super punctual and in fact was waiting for me, and I was 5 mins early. I had someone else take me through the city earlier and booked the Red Light District tour with Elvina. She was super knowledgeable about the history and new the area really well. Guided me though the are explaining how things worked and more importantly the culture and dos and don't when it comes to the Red Light district. Very educational and I enjoyed the tour. I did a 5 hour walking hour with Elvina and it honestly felt like much longer. Elvina is patient even prior to our tour and accommodated all the changes I had to make. I saw so many places, learnt so many things and ate the most delicious apple pie. She share alot of information in a clear, systematic and witty manner at an eas pace which I really loved. She constantly checked on me to see if I needed anything. I laughed alot with her and she helped to take very nice photos which I most grateful for. I literally passed many houses with little secrets which I now know about, thanks to Elvina. There were also a couple of surprise locations. I am a well seasoned traveler and Tommi was hands down the best city guide I’ve ever had. Tommi is so knowledgeable about the city and you can tell he really loves what he does. He was able to tell us about architecture, history, culture, food, and gave us really great tips for our time in Amsterdam. We were able to see some of the popular sites, hidden gems that we would have not otherwise noticed, and also experienced less touristy neighborhoods where locals live. His tour really enhanced my understanding of the city and gave amazing context for the rest of my stay. At first I was skeptical of the cost because it is more than I usually spend on a tour.
