Nat was an efficient and calm tour guide. He met us at our cruise port with a clean car for the family and even baby chair for our infant. He accommodated our numerous requests to explore and provided us with a wonderful tour of Pattaya. He has lots of experience outside of Thailand and speaks Dutch also. Overall he would be a wonderful tour guide if you are wanting to peacefully explore the city and see the highlights. For us we really loved the tiger park, the local food options, the shopping center, local markets and view points of the city. Calm peaceful tour guide

Op 7 en 8 januari 2024 zijn we met Donald Nat een dag naar Bangkok en een dag naar Pattaya, Thailand geweest. Het eerste contact met Donald verliep goed en snel. We hadden van tevoren een planning en prijs voor deze dagen met hem afgesproken. We konden op de dag zelf het programma nog aanpassen aan onze wensen. Donald gaf hiervoor een aantal opties / mogelijkheden. Wij vonden het ook prettig dat hij goed Nederlands spreekt en tevens met de locals in Thailand kan communiceren. Zowel in Bangkok als in Pattaya heeft hij ons naar diverse mooie bezienswaardigheden meegenomen. Alles verliep in een rustige relaxte sfeer. Wij hebben 2 fantastische dagen met Donald gehad en we kunnen hem zeker als een zeer goede reisgids aanbevelen. We geven niet snel een 10 als cijfer maar Donald is echt een 10 waard! We zijn een tijdje geleden samen met Donald een dag op pad geweest. Wat was dit een super ervaring. Donald weet alle ins en outs van het land en alle mooie plekjes te vinden. Daarnaast is het super fijn om in je eigen taal te kunnen communiceren om zo ook dieper op diverse onderwerpen in te kunnen gaan waar Donald ook veel vam af weet. Donald was great to get along with, chat with, some similar interests as me. Just the sort of thing I wanted to do and experience, something tropical island/beachy. I'm from Adelaide which isn't tropical, and it's been about 5-15 deg every day lately at time of writing. During the covid years I would sometimes watch a Koh Samui beach cam on YouTube. So this Pattaya and island experience was kind of a dream come true in that context. One mark off for perhaps feeling a bit uneasy about riding on a motorcycle without a helmet, for the 2nd time ever, I suppose coming from Australia which is a bit more nanny about that. I could see others/locals doing it easily but at the same time it seemed sort of wrong/unusual in my mind.A post-covid travel highlight for me

My brother and I had booked Donald for various Thailand tours; the first involving the seaside city of Pattaya (which involved the Sanctuary of Truth, Big Buddha Temple, various street walks, a Muay Thai session along with adrenaline-pumping bungee jumping via XBUNGY) and the second involving the ancient capital of Thailand, Ayutthaya (complete with various temples, palaces and a local lunch). He was very informative, laid back, worldly and had a great sense of humor! I would definitely recommend him for any newcomer to Thailand! Fantastic and knowledgeable guide

I m a loner traveler and I wanted to meet and share with à local about his country. Donald was the perfect guide, i felt has I was his friend and not a tourist. I felt secure and peaceful. We booked a day trip with Donald, who organized everything perfectely as we wished! He picked us ap in time at our hotel with his own car, we drove to Pattaya, stopped at an elephant sancturay, which was a big dream of our two children. We coud feed and shower two wonderful elephants and then went to Pattaya, where we took a ferry to Coral Island (Kho Larn). There we had nearly 3 hours spare time and it was like in a dream: white sand, great beach, warm water, lunch..... Perfect trip in addition to a city-holliday in Bangkok. After that we drove back to Bangkok. Of course it was an long drive from about 2 hours, but it was worth every minute and we would repeat immediately! Donald speeks perfect german (and Thai, english, indonesian...), is an obviously very well educated "world knowing" man, and it was very easy to get in contact with him and learn a lot of interesting things about Thailand. Our kids loved him - and we too :-) Thank you, Donald, for the great day and the wonderful relaxation-tima at the beach! Hope to meet you again in life :-)Perfect one-day-to to Pattaya and Coral Island and an elephant sanctuary

Taking 6 people with age range 7 to 63 on a day trip from Bangkok and making all happy is not an easy task. Donald was my guide on a day trip to Pattaya. Donald picked me up at my hotel and we were off! The drive from Bangkok to Pattaya was about 90 minutes, but Donald and I had effortless conversation. It was as if we were old friends! Once in Pattaya, I wanted to skip the beach but go shopping at some SCUBA diving shops, instead. No problem! I wanted to swing into Starbucks. No problem! Donald was very accommodating! We visited some temples and got a great view of all of Pattaya from a local mountaintop before heading to what I really wanted to see, the Sanctuary of Truth. AMAZING! This was the one thing I *HAD* to see in Pattaya, and I was not disappointed. I had dinner reservations back in Bangkok, so we decided to call it a day a little early to make sure I would make it back to my hotel to pick up my wife. Traffic was bad, and Donald was flexible enough to drop me off at the restaurant instead of at my hotel. All in all, Donald was knowledgeable, flexible, and a great local host. I highly recommend Donald for your guide needs!What a great day trip!

His command of the English language was perfect. We absolutely had no problem understanding him. He had great knowledge of the area and was able to answer all of our questions. We enjoyed our day with Donald. We asked him if he would be our guide for an additional day so that we would be sure to see The King's Royal Barge Procession on the Chao Phraya River. Because of a previous booking, he was not able to be our guide for the rare event which we had only recently heard about. At the end of the day, he went the extra mile for us by explaining to the employees at our hostel our desire and worked out with them the details in getting us to the event. It all worked out and we had a great time watching the King's Barge Procession!Perfect Guide

If your looking for a tour guide that is knowledgeable, friendly, is a great conversationlist, loves fun, Donald (Nat) is the 1. I did 2 tours with Donald (Nat) ist 1 was the day trip to Pattaya. I really enjoyed that tour, I was picked up & dropped off @ my hotel lobby. I enjoyed being the passenger, looking @ the scenery from Bangkok to Pattaya. Donald (Nat) made it fun going to Pattaya, he was able to make me feel relaxed & answer my endless inquisitive questions, especially about Pattaya. Which I thought was great. His knowledge of Pattaya was amazing. Donald (Nat) took me 2 sum amazing sights where I could take great photos. He also gave me different options I could choose from on the tour, which I liked. The 2nd tour I did with Donald (Nat) was a night market tour that was alot of fun. This tour I was picked up & dropped off @ my hotel lobby. I had sum amazing food to eat. Donald (Nat) gave me sum gud advice on how to haggle for bargins, I really enjoyed that. We'll never forget it. Donald was perfect for my wife and I as we celebrated our anniversary. This was by far one of the best days on our three-country tour this year. Donald was super responsive from day one when we started exploring options for tours in Thailand. Nat heeft ons op geweldige wijze Bangkok laten zien vanaf het water. Geleerd over cultuur, eten en de lokale gebruiken. Onze tour was aan het begin van onze Azië reis en daardoor de perfecte inleiding om onze dochters van 2 en 4 jaar Thailand te leren kennen. I was hesitating taking the trip to the floating and the train market considering it too crowded and too touristy. But with our local guide Nat everything went very smooth and the experience was very pleasant and interesting. He knew what was the best spot to watch the train, to buy souvenirs, to have lunch, to park the car. Nat speaks very vey good English as he lived abroad for over 20 years. We went on a 6 hour outing with Nat to the Damnoen Saduak Floating Market and the Maeklong Railway Market. Not only is he an excellent tour guide, he is such an interesting person to talk with. We both felt as if we had made a new friend by the end of the tour. He knew where to go for good seats to see the train and got us to the market before it was insanely busy. And then took us to a fantastic place for lunch. Hotel pick up and drop off in a comfortable air conditioned car. What a great day with some great memories!A great time wherever you go with Nat!

Wir hatten 2 Tage mit Donald gebucht (Eisenbahnmarkt, schwimmende Märkte, Kanchanaburi, Erawan Nationalpark etc.) und es war die beste Entscheidung, die wir jemals treffen hätten können! Donald holte uns zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt pünktlich im Hotel ab und fuhr uns dann zuverlässig und entspannt zum Railway Market. Die Zeit im Auto war extrem kurzweilig, da Donald sehr viel über Thailand erzählte und uns einen tollen Einblick in Kultur und Geschichte des Landes ermöglichte. Nach dem Besuch des Railway Marktes ging’s direkt um Floating Market, den wir mit dem Boot erkundeten. Auch hier gab es viele Informationen und nette Anekdoten von Donald, sodass die Tour zu einem echten Highlight wurde. Nach einem gemeinsamen Mittagessen ging es dann wieder zurück in den Verkehr nach Bangkok und ins Hotel. Donald ist ein sehr netter und unterhaltsamer Begleiter und kann mit einem umfangreichen Wissen über das Leben in Thailand einen ganzen Tag so spannend gestalten, dass die Zeit nur so verfliegt. Wir hatten eine Rundtour mit Donald gebucht. Perfekt hat uns Donald sogar vom Hotel, welches in Flughafennähe lag, abgeholt und ist mit uns nach Bangkok City gefahren. Hier haben wir, absprachegemäß 3 verschiedene Tempel besucht. Donald war super freundlich und hat auch viel Hintergrund Wissen vermittelt, was sehr interessant war. Sehr schön war die Wahl der Transportmittel, so dass wir auch Bootsfahrten unternommen haben und auch Tuk Tuk gefahren sind. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Samstag Nachmittag. Auch das empfohlene Restaurant durch Donald, zum Abschluss des Abends, war sehr lecker und authentisch. We only had an afternoon but Donald managed to fit in various stops - temples, the reclining Buddha and a meal in the street food hall and then return us to the airport in time for our night flight home!
