Moddy took us on the most wonderful day trip to Kanchanburi. She was exceptionally professional, corresponding with us will in advance of the trip to understand our preferences and priorities. The day of she and our driver arrived with extra time to spare making sure that we had everything we needed prior to our departure. We did a number of activities off the beaten path, tailored to our traveling style; huge photography fans as well as small children who love interactive experiences. From buying food from locals and trying all of the fruits and tasty treats that the roadside stands had to offer to spending time and small local villages where we got to see a piece of everyday Thai life, we could not have been more happy. Moddy is a gem and will be a topic of fond memories for many years to come. Wir (Familie mit 2 Teenagern) haben mit Sammy eine Tour nach Kanchanaburi gemacht - mit Floating Markets, Brücke am Kwai, war museum und Zugfahrt. Die Tour war von Sammy sehr gut und abwechslungsreich organisiert. Die Organisation war perfekt. Ein Highlight - vor allem auch für die Kinder - war eine Zugfahrt (mit einem regulären lokalen Zug) auf einem Streckenabschnitt vor der Brücke über den Kwai. Wer diese Tour macht, muss sich klar darüber sein, dass man viel Zeit im Auto (in unserem Fall ein sehr komfortabler Van mit separatem Fahrer) verbringt. Aus unserer Sicht hat sich das aber gelohnt (auch weil wir auf der Fahrt etwas Schlaf nachgeholt haben...). Abwechslungsreiche Tour nach Kanchanaburi

Saravarint arrived punctually for the trip. Very helpful. The driver was also on time and his vehicle was exceptional with comfort, reclining seats and AC. 10/10. The tour was great from start to finish. We went up the waterfall to all 7 levels. We then had a nice lunch down the bottom which was super reasonable. Then onto fast boat down river Kwai and the bridge. Again great fun. We also visited the war graves cemetery nearby in morning. Timings were spot on. Left at 6.30am from Bangkok and back by 6pm. The guide was 10/10. The driver also. No faults and no complaints . Very nice people. Erawan Waterfall & Bridge on River Kwai

Moody speaks English well. Her knowledge of Buddhism was enlightening and we very much enjoyed the experience of listening to the traditional Buddhist practice of chanting and talking with a monk afterwards. The temples and meditation areas are beautiful. We also took an evening market food tour with Maddy that was filled with delicious food that we would not have known to try. She is very kind and went out of her way to make our experiences on both tours excellent.Experienced 2 tours with Moddy

I do not normally leave reviews but our day to the floating market and more was just wonderful. Polly, our guide, struck the right balance between being informative and letting us experience it for ourselves. Her interactions with market traders helped us gain insights we never would have by ourselves, and her kindness and guidance in other matters was flawless. The driver drove well, smoothly and safely and was very polite. Polly capped off the return journey with an impromptu suggestion based on a story of mine from a previous visit. Nok came to pick us up from our hotel. She was instantly warm and friendly. She told us a lot of information that was really interesting on our journey to the railway market. She went out of her way to get us a good view of the train at the railway market. It was very very busy but we got some good photos. She asked us if we would prefer a paddle boat at the floating market. We chose a paddle boat and It was really good fun. Nok showed us where to eat lunch and helped us order it. We learnt a lot from Nok about Thai culture. She was also eager to learn from us. She taught us some words in Thai. We taught her some in English. She then went out of her way again by returning a gift I had bought and put in her bag. When she dropped us off I had forgotten about it. She text me to tell me she was going to return it. Our driver was late dropping us off and dropped us in the wrong place. Artty was very accommodating and made his way to us. Jojo was absolutely wonderful! Very knowledgeable, so thoughtful and a brilliant person. We had such a fantastic food walking tour around Bangkok. We booked a tour with Donald for a layover in Bangkok. We only had an afternoon but Donald managed to fit in various stops - temples, the reclining Buddha and a meal in the street food hall and then return us to the airport in time for our night flight home! Moddy was a wonderful guide. We did temple tours with her, and she was so knowledgeable about Buddhism and the history of the temples. She also couldn’t have been more accommodating. When our flight was delayed, she rescheduled her day to be able tp meet us hours later than the original time. She was so generous with her time, wanting to ensure that we got as much as we could out of her experience. She shared personal stories that made everything more meaningful. We had the most amazing experience touring Bangkok with Gune. She was so wonderful and knowledgeable. It was our first activity after landing in Thailand and we were able to see and learn so much. Akarin is highly knowledgeable (having a PHD in cultural history), fun (for adults and children), makes everything come to life, is extremely honest and helpful, and has impeccable English. We went to the Royal Palace and Wat Pho/the Reclining Buddha and he brought together vast knowledge, storytelling and entertainment - we then did a tour of the khlongs on a private longtail boat and he brought the various neighborhoods to life for us. The next day we went on a tour of trendy Tad Noi and Chinatown, were provided with more delightful history and stories in the Temple of the Golden Buddha and the temple of the princess of Compassion, amongst others, whilst milling through the streets and various markets, and stopping off at interesting and arty coffee shops, taken to high quality eateries and, for something different in the morning, did a tour on the Mon Island (Akarin arranged for the museum to be opened for us during the week, took us to make pottery, toured the island on electric motorbikes and gave us a fascinating insight into the Mon people and the island). Akarin was full of ideas of things to do and see and also very happy to listen to our preferences, was full of information about what to do on our other days and helped make sure we had value for money on purchases. This was not our first time in Bangkok but Akarin's integrity, friendliness, knowledge and sense of humour made it so special and memorable. Thank you, we will definitely keep in touch!Akarin opened our eyes to Bangkok

We were only in Bangkok for just over 24 hours so we were keen to have a tour to ensure we saw the highlights (without all the tourists) that worked for my family ( 2 adults and 2 girls aged 12 and 10) so we booked a 4 hour tour with Saravarint and it was just fabulous. We tried delicious food at an off the beaten track food market, we folded lotus flowers at a flower market, we went to a couple of beautiful temples and fed some turtles. We all loved it and Saravarint was very knowledgeable and patient with us as we made several toilet stops! The highlight of our trip to Thailand. Thank you Saravarint. If you are a foodie and want someone flexible, knowledgeable and just FUN, Chef Hnoi is the one for you. She is open to ideas and is easy to work with. She arranged a adventurous dragon boat ride through the canals off the Chao Phrya River, did a tour of Chinatown, Helped us design a gourmet lunch at the Thonbori Seafood Market and got us back to our hotel in a timely fashion. Wish we had more hours with her. Her mastery of the English language is spot on and her display of a genuine love for what she does is quite evident. As a fellow Chef in Hawaii, I can attest to her knowledge of food. If you are so lucky to be able to book her ( she is much sought out after) , lock in that reservation like our group of 6 did. We arranged a private van for the day ( Bangkok Beyond) and hired Hnoi as our guide. It was helpful that she would explain to the driver where to go. Easy Peasy! We had a great time with Nok on our tour. We have two kids (7 and 9) and Nok was very patient with them and worked hard to ensure they (and we) got the most out of the tour. She was very generous with her time and waited patiently even though we arrived a bit late. At one point we got a bit weary as it was hot and she responded by suggesting we had a break for a cold drink and took us to a lovely cafe. We asked about some fruit we'd not seen before and she bought us a sample to try! She is very knowledgeable about the city and it's history and kept us engaged with interesting facts and stories. Artty and his driver Lou were great. They picked us up from the airport and drove us around to check out some temples and markets. We had a layover at an odd time but Artty made it work for us anyway. They brought us to eat at a delicious local spot when we got hungry. Chef Hnoi has organized our trip to the train market and boat market with a private driver. She came to pick us up at the hotel on time and has a perfect English and Spanish. At the market she explained to us various types of local fruits and food and made us try them. She showed us places where tourists don’t go, had a private long tail boat to take us to the local floating market far away from the tourist’s places, which was great. We had such a fun and informative day with Artty - what a great way to start the trip! He is incredibly sweet and we learned so much about the Palace and Thai culture and history. Like others have said, he magically appears with tickets, water, etc and knows all the best shady spots! The day is whatever you want it to be - Artty took us to another local temple and a street market (where we ate at an amazing local restaurant!) and then showed us the way back to our hotel. Some in our group had been to the Palace before but we all learned so much and had a lovely time with Artty. Can’t recommend him enough!Great day at the Grand Palace with Artty!

He was extremely knowledgeable and taught us all different things about Bangkok, Buddhism, showed us high points of various temples and monuments. He also showed us how to make lotus offerings at the temples and took us on a tuk-tuk ride through the flower market it was truly an amazing journey.
