Wir hatten eine traumhafte schöne Führung mit Luís! All die Informationen über Geschichte, Hintergründe, Entwicklung der Stadt und auch persönliche Erfahrungen der eigenen Familie wurden so kurzweilig und interessant rüber gebracht, dass es von Anfang bis Ende spannend blieb. Vorab schon gab es eine tolle Kommunikation, wo wir nach Wünschen und Ablauf gefragt wurden. Auch die Restaurant Tips unter Berücksichtigung der genannten Unverträglichkeiten waren Gold wert. Eine davon haben wir gleich nach Ende der Tour umgesetzt und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Man hat gemerkt, dass Luís sein Job Spaß macht. Uns wurde weitaus mehr geboten, als wir erwartet hatten. Sowohl inhaltlich, als auch zeitlich. 1000 Dank für diesen tollen Tag! Einfach perfekt!

Wat eek toffe madame is Veerle, we lieten ons meeslepen door de doolhof aan straatjes, stapten mee in haar enthousiasme eb genoten van de view, de weetjes, de leuke winkeltjes, … Veerle weet waar ze mee bezig is, ze kent de stad en geeft haar liefde voor Lissabon en de omliggende streek al te graag door. Had a great visit with Tiago to Fatima and Obidos in July 2025....He was extremely knowledgeable, engaging, and very kind throughout the day-long journey. As a visitor with some existing background knowledge of Portugal in advance of our travel, I was grateful that Tiago went beyond explaining the "what" of what we were seeing and dove deeper into exploring the "why" from a historical and cultural perspective. This was our first time ever traveling with a personal tour guide, and we were a little apprehensive that we would feel rushed and/or simply received a "pre-packaged" experience....not the case with Tiago! He tailored the day to our very specific interests, and the whole experience felt extremely relaxed and personal....we'd recommend him without hesitation!!! Great Experience!

Francisco brought us to some amazing stops. The beaches were gorgeous and there was a good mix of historical information and sites as well. He was thoughtful and kind and let us take our time to take in the beauty of each stop. He found us a local restaurant in a fishing village where we chose our own fish for them to prepare for us. My husband and I had the most wonderful half day tour with Luis to Sintra this weekend. He is such a nice person, a very good driver, and so knowledgeable. We got so much more out of the tour than we were expecting: a trip to the historical city center of Sintra, a guided tour of the grounds of Quinta Da Regaleira, Cabo da Roca and then the coastal drive to Belem, with stops along the way. You can choose which palace(s) you want to see. We had a great time and we could never have done it on our own in that amount of time. This was our 1st time in Portugal and this tour enabled us to see Obidos, Fatima, and then remain in Nazare, our next destination after Lisbon. Our tour guide Luis was absolutely fantastic! He was really fun to travel with and extremely knowledgeable about the history of all places en route! We never felt rushed and had the perfect amount of time at each town. And when we arrived in Nazare, he assisted us in checking in to our next hotel and orienting us to other aspects (restaurants, etc). Again, we chose not to return to Lisbon. Our tour guide Francisco was amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He shared so much information about the area, the palaces and the inhabitants of various buildings we visited. He helped us set up a doable itinerary, where we saw three sites (Pena Palace, The National Palace, and Monserrate Palace) had a wonderful lunch, and stopped for delicious coffee/pastry. At the end of the say he even remembered that we wanted to pick up gifts for our moms and took us to a beautiful shop to purchase the perfect gifts! Francisco was also in communication prior to our tour day which had to be changed due to the shutdown of the monuments and he made that a seamless and easy experience. Luis did a wonderful job keeping us informed and meeting us in a timely manner. Saw so many churches and beautiful sights, such as the Sao Roque, the Gloria elevator, the Se church, church of St. Dominic, history of the area, the plazas, the people and Porteguese rulers. Lisbon was our last stop on our week in Portugal and we definitely saved the best tour for last. Luis was friendly, engaging and very knowledgeable. We ventured to Sintra, Pena Castle, Caiscase and saw some Lovely beaches along the way. Our Full day tour included enough free time to shop and have a great lunch at a restaurant that Luis recommended. Luis arrived on time.
