We were a group of 10 Wales football fans who were visiting Brussels to watch Wales play Belgium and we were keen to learn more about the city. At very short notice Christophe took us on a very interesting walking tour around the main sights - and lots of “off the beaten track” sights and viewpoints that we would never have found without his local knowledge. His English was excellent and we learnt so much about the history and architecture of this beautiful place. Christophe was flexible and accommodated all our requests in a friendly way. We would highly recommend him and the city tour!! A great tour

Very trustworthy tour guide company, we booked with Mariana but she couldn’t make it. Quick communication and she got Shanthuru to replace her. He was wonderful, a very interesting and knowledgeable guide. We saw a few tourist highlights but preferred seeing some of the other areas of Brussels and learning about the history. So worth it, he took us to a couple of areas that gave us the beginnings of Brussels, changes made throughout to where it is today, as well as his favorite spots away from all the masses. We had a great experience with Mariana, an excellent way to kick off our trip. Mariana shared interesting information and stories that really highlight Brussels history. We visited several well known and lesser known sights, making the tour feel unique and personal based on interests communicated before the tour began. An hour and a half is prefect to get a nice overview without being too overwhelming; Mariana kept a good pace without long periods of standing. Simply put, Mariana was wonderful. She was flexible with timing and gauged the tour/ what she showed us according to our interests including be able to recommend more things to do, places to eat etc than we could fit in. Particularly useful for my partner who is vegetarian. We saw so many more details, and have a greater appreciation for the city because of the knowledge and stories she could share. Die Stadtführung mit Christophe war sehr interessant und kurzweilig. Er spricht sehr gut Deutsch. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Aus den 90 Minuten sind gute 2 Stunden geworden. Zwischendurch haben wir mit ihm über dies und das und Gott und die Welt gesprochen. Christophe ist super nett und hat uns unterhaltsame Geschichten über Brüssel erzählt. Auch einige Dinge, die man nicht in normalen Stadtführern zu lesen bekommt. Wenn wir nochmal nach Brüssel kommen, würden wir sicher noch eine weitere Tour mit ihm machen - dann in einer anderen Ecke der Stadt. Vielen Dank!Tolle, informative und lockere Führung

Schon im Vorfeld hatten wir Kontakt mit Christophe und dabei unsere Erwartungen formuliert. Wegen Zugausfall kamen wir deutlich später in Brüssel an. Christophe bot daraufhin an, uns am Hotel abzuholen und dort den 1,5 stündigen Rundgang zu starten. Daraus wurden dann mehr als 2 Stunden. Er kam auch noch mit zu einem Bier in einem schönen Lokal. Wir 4 Gäste fühlten uns gut informiert und unterhalten. Wir fühlten uns wohl mit Christophe

My husband and I did a day tour of Brussels with Christophe. It was a fun day and we learned a lot about the city. Mariana war sehr offen und hat uns einen interessanten Rundgang durch Brüssel beschert. Es war ein optimaler Mix aus Architektur, belgischem Essen und ein bißchen Kinoluft durften wir auch schnuppern. Am eindruksvollsten waren Les Halles de St. Gery - der alte Kanal und das darunterliegende Gemäuer mit dem Obelisken. Zum Abschluss noch in ein sehr gutes Bierlokal in der Nähe des Maenneken Piss! Sie hat uns richtig Lust gemacht auf mehr Brüssel, danke Mariana:-)Wunderbare Erfahrung

Heerlijk ontspannen met Christoph door Brussel gelopen. Vertelde precies genoeg voor ons groepje bleef niet in de oude jaartallen hangen maar gewoon precies goed dat je wat over de geschiedenis van Brussel weet. Christoph is een gezellige gids, goede prater en heeft een goede dosis humor. Zeer zeker aan te bevelen !! Wanneer je vooraf aan je reis iets wil weten is hij ook bereid om eea voor je uit te zoeken en mee te denken. Kortom With Locals is ons erg goed bevallen en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!!Super !!

I took a kick-up tour with Elodie, she took me around to see the can’t-miss spots in Brussels’ city centre. Wij, ervaren steden bezoekers, hebben een rondleiding van Christophe gehad en wat leuk zeg! Van tevoren leuk (mail) contact gehad waarbij ik wensen aan kon geven. Wij waren al eerder in Brussel geweest, een van ons zelfs al drie keer...diegene zei nu veel meer van de stad te weten. Christophe weet veel, is gezellig en weet ook leuke anekdotes dus een flinke dosis gezonde humor kregen wij erbij... mochten wij ooit nog een keer naar Brussel gaan, en ws gaat dat gebeuren want wat een leuke stad, dan hopen we dat Christophe weer tijd heeft voor ons.
