We had the short walking tour (1.5 hours) of Copenhagen with Monica & she was super. It was just enough to give us a taste of the city with lots of the main landmarks & sites thrown in. I had my two teenagers with me & we also wanted to know about the best bakeries & eateries & Monica shared many of her favourites. She’s extremely knowledgeable about everything, tailored the walk to suit our needs & is has a friendly & bubbly personality as well. I highly, highly recommend touring with Bo Michael. Too many times when you visit a new city you only hit the well known tourist spots. But for a richer, more in depth experience, scheduling a tour with Bo Michael is the best! We were a group of four and it was both educational and conversational. We loved everything about it. He took us to several places of interest and other spots that we never would have considered. The view from the film institute was fantastic! This is our second time with a With Locals guide (the first was Eamus in Ireland) and we will never visit a new city without putting a With Locals tour on the the first day of the visit. Best Investment!

Monica’s tour was fun and a wonderful introduction to Copenhagen. She pointed out the main sights to see and helped us with an orientation of this historic city. We enjoyed a delicious lunch at the markets afterwards, based on her recommendation and have had a few coffees and pastries at another of her suggested stops. She went beyond simply describing the sights and told us much about Danish society and the way the country is responding to conservation issues. Grazi was an amazing guide. She went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our tour, even stopping to lets us get suitable woollen socks as our feet were cold. Grazi knew a lot about Sweden and Denmark so was able to give us a good understanding of the history of both countries. She gave us the background of all the usual tourist spots, but also took us to some great, lesser known spots for coffee or a photograph. We ended at a fabulous spot for lunch. We were only in Copenhagen for the weekend, but the tour definitely made us want to come back again. A wonderful tour through Copenhagen

Caio was an amazing guide with a wide reaching knowledge of not just Copenhagen's history and buildings but the culture, the economics, the politics, the construction and architecture and of course the food!! Caio knew we had an interest in construction and architecture and tailored the tour to provide us with fascinating facts about the buildings and infrastructure. Caio was a funny and warm guide who showed us so much of Copenhagen. Far exceeded our expectations. Caio provided recommendations for food, drinks and general tips for navigating the city that we found really invaluable. I couldn't have asked for a better guide or a better walking tour. It was nice to have a walk with Caio through Copenhagen. We walked ways we would have Never walked by ourselves, because usualy you go from Highlight to Highlight. If a local guide like Caio can tell you Stories about different buildings, bridges, small pieces of history, so can remember it, the city becomes alive and get‘s a face.
