Dit was precies de reden waarom we deze privé tour boekten: we willen graag alles weten over Ljubliana maar dan wel met het accent op onze specifieke belangstelling. This a was very relaxed no nonsense way to see the city. We walked through tourist areas, local streets, discovered where locals go for a night out, discovered a great place to listen to jazz and had insight into the education system in the country too! Although Selma changed our meeting time and was a bit late, we spent a really lovely few hours with her learning about the beautiful city of Ljubljana. She spoke beautiful English and told us lots of really interesting bits about the city and the Slovenian way of life. We were able to see parts of the city that we would not necessarily have explored on our own and we learned so much about how the people live out here, their traditions and culture. Selma was really lovely and we would recommend doing this tour. A great introduction to Ljubljana

We had a great time with our guide Lučka wandering around the city for about 3 hours. We got to see a lot of different places in the city, also locations that we wouldn‘t have visited on our own, but are glad that Lučka showed them to us. During the tour we were able to get a lot of information about the city, the country and the people, which felt very honest and personal, something we truely appreciate. If you are looking for an exceptional tour guide Selma must be your choice. She is not doing a job, she is living it. We had fantastic 3 hours together, walked 10+ km and even had the chance to stop for great Slovenian food and did some shopping. Highly recommended. Our guide Karin, who herself was born and raised in this region, did an excellent job and showed us a range of remarkable places along th etour. With her good humour, calm and positive attitude and insightful comments on all the different spots we passed, the 8 hours really flew by. You could tell that preserving this extraordinary landscape is very dear to Karin's heart and her passiong for nature was truly contagious. Excellent job

What an amazing day! Huge thanks to our super guide Karin. Karin took us to beautiful lake Bojinj, onto a car train through a mountain (How cool!!!) and into the Soca Valley. From there we did a short hike to a beautiful waterfall.Wethen went for another hike with a short section of Ferrata to source of the Soca River. Karin's expert driving skills got us over the epic Vrisic Pass safely. Stunning mountain terrain, and down to Kranjska Gora and Sava Valley. Karin was a really wonderful guide. So knowledgable and passionate about the area and we learnt and saw so much nature,landscape, history and culture. We travel without a car, so a briliiant way to see the beautiful landscape around the Julian Alps region. We are a largely middle aged group (except for our Youthful friend from New Zealand), so the tour is good for all sorts of people, and you can always opt out of the hikes at any stage, but also made my inner adrenaline junkie very happy. What an amazing day!
