We absolutely loved our Kickstarter tour of Nice with Natalia! She took us beyond the typical tourist spots and showed us hidden gems we never would have found on our own—like the stunning terrace bar at Hotel du Convent. In Old Town, she introduced us to unique little shops (I came home with a gorgeous handmade Italian leather purse and truffles I’m still dreaming about). Natalia even helped us communicate with shop owners, which made the experience so much easier and more fun. What I really appreciated was how she customized the tour to fit exactly what we wanted to see and do. She also followed up afterward with a list of her favorite restaurants, which became some of the best meals of our trip! And even after the tour ended, she kindly responded to my extra questions. Natalia is warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about sharing the best of Nice. We had a wonderful tour with Justyna. She not only showed us some highlights of this beautiful city but also took us off the beaten path to hidden gems we never would have discovered on our own. She showed us Sainte- Marie cathedral and explained the history and culture. She took us through beautiful narrow streets and favorite shops and cafes and then to the open marketplace - Cour Saleya, with spice and fresh vegetable vendors. We were able to get the lift to Castle Hill Park which offered great views of the city. Justyna was also very helpful in instructing us how to use the train, bus and trams and gave us recommendations on places to dine and enjoy the beach. All in all, a great introduction to the city. Great kickstart of Nice with Justyna!

We met up with Natalia on the morning of our first day in Nice. The meeting location was very easy to find and she was prompt on messaging to find each other. We did a tour of Old Nice which we have now been back to three times to scope out some of the best items that she recommended. We then went on a walk up to the castle so got a lot of the history of the area and there’s a playground up there that the kids played at while we got some more recommendations of local things to do. We loved getting this insider view of the city. Have already recommended WithLocals tours to family and friends.Family friendly tour! Great time!

She showed us some places we probably never would have found on our own.The history was appropriate and interesting.she gave us suggestions for dinner bakeries etc and 2 hours was perfect after a long flight the night before. She not only showed us the most beautiful spots in the city but also always responded to our questions and shared many interesting stories about the local shops. The visit to the Castle Hill was particularly impressive, where we learned quite a bit about the history of Nice. We had a lovely tour with Sara who was very friendly and welcoming and adapted the entire tour to our group as we had already been to the castle as was on the tour plan. Natalia was delightful. She gave us an excellent introduction to Nice, and took us all around the town to places we would not have discovered on our own, such as Cadran Soliere. She pointed out some amazing trompe l'oeil that we would have missed. We had a very enjoyable few hours with her and then felt confident enough to explore on our own. Natalia did an amazing job taking us around Nice. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating. We were running late due to our flights being delayed. I notified her and to start our tour, she came to our hotel instead of meeting us at the previously arranged meeting place. She gave us great restaurant recommendations and day trip options. Our tour was scheduled for 11:30. We’re staying in Saint-Paul-de-Vence, so checked bus schedules and selected a route that would put us at our meeting place, Place Garibaldi, by 10:50, well in advance of our tour start time. I shared that information with Karin via this app and got a positive response. Our first bus had a 20 minute delay when 18 Chinese tourists attempted to board the bus, and great confusion ensued. I sent an update to Karin advising of the delay and stating our arrival now looked to be 11:31. She acknowledged and told us she had a 2 pm booking, so would need to limit our tour to the original end time and I replied we understood. We missed our next connection by a minute and had to wait another 20 for the next bus. I again reached out to Karin via this app with an update, yet received no response. When we reached the airport, our choices were tram (30 minutes travel time) or Uber (40 minutes travel time). We chose tram. I sent Karin a final update setting our newest arrival time at 11:55, 25 minutes late for our tour, and reiterated that we understood our time with her would be limited. No response. We arrived at the meeting place at 11:55 only to receive a message from Karin time-stamped 11:37 stating she had left after waiting nearly an hour for us and saying the last message she received from me said we would arrive at 11:31. I messaged her saying we made every effort and couldn’t understand why she would leave 7 minutes after our tour was to have taken place. Her response was that we should have taken an Uber and left earlier to ensure we would arrive on time. Given we left SPdV at 9:30, I believe we planned as well as we could. I also told her the time differential between the tram and Uber and finally stated she may have mistaken the start time to be 11:00, not 11:30. No response received. Bus Delays and No Guide

Eugenie was such an amazing guide and she delivered a brilliant tour exploring the criminal history of nice. She also shared tips on hidden bars, the best places for food and was overall very friendly and really nice to talk to. Do not hestitate, book Natalia! She is very friendly and accommodating to her audience. We were travelling with 3 kids, and tours with lots of story telling and historical facts do not really work with children. No problem for Natalia, she kept it digestible, she added food stops and made her stories and stops interesting for our kids. They loved it and and so did we! Thanks Natalia Amazing host!
