Roxane hat sich super nach den Bedürfnissen der Gruppe gerichtet. Wollen die mehr weniger, kürzer ..oder noch was anderes wissen. Geschichtliche zusammenhänge wurden witzig in Anektoten verpackt und verknüpft mit was wir schon gesehen hatten -so merkt man sich wirklich was. Wir werden Sie jedenfalls weiter empfehlen- wir haben Sie als Private Führerin genommen, und das war super!!!Wirklich großartig & lustig!

Roxane gave us a wonderful introduction to Vienna. This was our first experience with a personal/local tour guide and I don’t think we will be able to go back to group tours after! As this was our first time in Vienna, we chose a City Kickstart tour through Withlocals to get an overview and introduction of what to see. Our local guide, Roxana was amazing! In addition to her bubbly warm personality, she was a wealth of knowledge. In the relatively short time together, we learned more about the history, art, culture and unique aspects we never would have picked up in a large group tour or reading a visitors' guide. Doing this on foot was fanastic as we saw so much and knew exactly where we wanted to return to to spend more time and tour inside. Roxane amazed us with her depth of understanding the history: good, bad and quirky facts that were fascinating to listen to. For someone new to Vienna, this is the experience to start with and Roxane is the one to have it with!Wonderful introduction to Vienna!

Lisa Maria was in a word fabulous! She made us feel at ease instantly with her warm handshake and infectious smile. We met at the Opera House and we were off! We learned about the must do's and the never do's and/or the not worth the time. I honestly do not have the ability to do justice to the truly amazing experience my wife and I had with Anita in Vienna this morning and afternoon. Even before the trip started, she was in regular communication with us, promptly responding to our queries, and going above and beyond with suggestions, and recommendations. From the very brief introduction we gave about ourselves, she was immediately able to gauge our preferences and tailored her suggestions accordingly. As she says in her profile, she's truly a "Vienna girl" and a widely traveled traveler as well and it was a pleasure to learn so much about this historic town and the treasures it offers. Lisa Maria is an excellent guide who I would truly recommend to everyone, both those who are coming to Vienna for the first time and those who have already visited it. Full of knowledge, anecdotes, hidden meanings, interesting stories and a big smile. The time we spent with her flew by in an instant, and we felt like we were walking with an old friend we hadn't seen in a long time. Lisa Maria revealed things that are not found in classic guides, along with information about life in the city on a daily basis that made us want not only to return to Vienna, but also to move there. We met our guide outside our hotel instead of at the regular meeting point in Graben. The guide was immediately welcoming and cheerful. Shortly after, she had planned a tour based on the impressions our group of four people gave. The tour had a nice mix of facts about the city and what we saw on our tour, along with some tidbits about governance in Vienna and Austria. Friendly, knowledgeable, and fun guide

Roxane was wonderful - from the great communications ahead of time to the level of detail and flexibility during our walk in and around town. We saw streets and landmarks that we never would have found on our own with a great history lesson along the way and clearly she has a fascination with art as well - so advice on museums etc was great! We also found some great places to eat based on her recommendations and she helped us navigate the tram a bit as well! We highly recommend Roxane if you are visiting Vienna!Excellent time and so flad we did it!

Everything was smooth and easy with Roxane, from corresponding with her before the booking to meeting up my first morning in Vienna. She was willing to accommodate my request to get oriented to the transit system, including stops near my hotel, how payment works, and pitfalls to avoid. We talked about the history of Vienna and myths that make for great stories. You should ask about her thesis on cultural culinary institutions in Vienna! After our time together, I took our same route into the city center a few times and never felt lost. As a solo traveler in Vienna, I always felt more confident traversing the city because Roxane made key landmarks familiar. It was truly the best way to start my time there!Roxane was a delight!

We had an absolutely wonderful tour with Lisa Maria. At the start, she asked us whether we already knew Vienna a bit and asked us what we'd like to see, or whether we wanted to leave it up to her. We let her take the rudder and she gave us a fascinating two-hour tour. She was extremely knowledgeable and always made sure the kids could follow her explanations. We all learned a lot, had an absolute blast and can't recommend her highly enough. Wonderful tour!
