My daughter and I had the pleasure of doing a tour with Claudio a few days ago and it surpassed our expectations. We love food, and we equally love history and learning about the people and the culture of places we visit. It was our first time in Copenhagen and Claudio gave us a wealth of information that was both interesting and useful to enhance the rest of our visit. His choices for our food experience were great, with a wide variety of offerings and plenty of food - we shared a few things and also had our own servings of other things which left us feeling quite satisfied at the end of the tour! Claudio's own love of food, knowledge and enjoyment in his work came through in his stories and engaging personality. We recommend the tour, and Claudio! We loved the Copenhagen food tour with Claudio and can defintely recommend it. It was our first trip to Copenhagen, in fact Denmark and Claudio showed us around his city and told us about its people in a very interesting way - his anecdotes were lively and easy to follow. Needless to say that his English was flawless and organization in adavance to the tour perfectly executed - it wasn't a problem that I was vegetarian & non-alcoholic and he was even happy to adjust the pace of the tour as we had our six-month old with us. My husband and I took Claudio's two hour walking food tour last week on our first day in Copenhagen. I told him ahead of time that I was 6 months pregnant just so he knew I couldn't eat raw fish, raw eggs etc. and he went above and beyond, even taking us to a cute new non-alcholic Danish wine shop so I could taste the wines and spirits! He was very thoughtful about each stop on the tour, and incredibly knowledgable not just about Danish food and culture but also about the history of the city and the neighborhoods and landmarks we were passing. The pace of the tour was perfect for us - he kept us moving without ever feeling rushed - and it became a big highlight of our trip. We would highly recommend a tour with Claudio! Claudio was wonderful!

Fabrine was an excellent tour guide! She is very personable and has a true love of food and the authentic foods of Denmark! She explained the history of Denmark related to food and took us to great food spots not in the touristy areas, which was great!! That’s what we wanted, good food where locals go! Fabrine is very kind and sensitive to our wheelchair access around Copenhagen and was very engaging with conversation with my family, teenage son, and my parents! My wife Michelle and I decided we wanted to sample the Danish food culture whilst in Copenhagen. We wanted to experience the culture with a local. Fabrine easily exceeded our expectations. We had an absolutely wonderful time on our private food tour with Claudio in Copenhagen! From the moment we met him, it was clear that he was not only incredibly knowledgeable about Danish cuisine and culture, but also genuinely passionate about sharing that knowledge. Fabrine was a great tour guide and we thoroughly enjoyed our time with her. Fabrine was a wealth of knowledge about life in Copenhagen and its history. Monica was brilliant, she had a great personality and told us stories about Copenhagen and introduced us to some tasty tastings along our tour! I was the only vegetarian in the group and she catered for me which was great. The only thing i would say is we thought this tour was slightly expensive for the number of tastings we had (which was nothing to do with our tour guide) but we don't have another food experience to compare it to. All in all we had a great day and would recommend to other people :)Great day out!

We had a great experience with Fabrine. She showed up on time, was very friendly and really knew a lot of the history of Copenhagen. We enjoyed the day with her and she took us to many neat locations in Copenhagen. We even ended up have more tastings than promised which was a nice bonus and she definitely catered the tour around our interests. My husband also has a bad leg so she was very conscious of the walking speed and gave us plenty of breaks for him. I would definitely book with Fabrine if you are going to be in Copenhagen. One of the many things Claudio taught us on the afternoon we spent with him was the Danish word “hygge.” Hygge means a feeling of cozy conviviality…feeling welcome and content. Hygge is the perfect word to describe our time with Claudio. He is warm and welcoming right from the start! He is not only an expert on the culinary arts in Copenhagen, but he is extraordinarily well-versed in Danish history and culture and you can feel how much he enjoys sharing his knowledge with others. We loved everything we tasted…hotdogs, meatballs, open-faced sandwiches, new-fangled chocolate, Danish pastry and, of course, beer. By the end of our tour we were well satiated with food and stories, and we felt like we made a friend. We cannot recommend Claudio highly enough. He is a special guy!Much more than just a food tour
