Antonella is extremely knowledgable about the area and incredibly accommodating! My wife, unfortunately broke her foot while on vacation a few days before our With Locals appointment. My girlfriend and I had a wonderful food tour with Maria. We did not only eat classical italien dishes but Maria also extended the food one can eat to food for the mind. Truly a magical evening with Anna! This tour was so much more than we expected, reading the description I wasn’t sure exactly how we would fit everything in without feeling rushed, but everything was perfect. I love that we got a taste of everything that’s amazing about Florence: wine, Gnudi, cheese, Negroni, Wild Boar Strew, Gelato! There wasn’t anything I would have changed about the evening. Anna was knowledgeable and kind while also keeping us safe and happy. For anyone nervous about the walking aspect of the tour, you stay within the same small area and it wasn’t very strenuous. I would recommend this tour to anyone!a magical evening

For 1.5 hours and tasting only 5 items definitely not worth the money. The tour was suppose to be 3 hours, it’s true we are vegetarians but we pointed that out prior to the tour.. so was disappointing when it finished soo fast. Antonella is a great guide and person It was ok

There was a mix up by your company and not enough vans came. We were cramped into 2 vans. Our tour guide and our driver (Anna and Cristiano) stepped up , along with the other van driver, and found a solution. They deserve a lot of credit for their problem solving. That is why I gave this tour a high rating. The company really did not seem to be able to solve the searing shortage. Our guide Anna was a joy to experience our first night in Florence with. We had opportunity to learn about Florence and to spread time amongst (3) different venues, each building up to a fantastic dinner in Santo Spirito. Concise tour of the Central market, small local family businesses and a family run restaurant to taste some of the authentic food produced in the city. Anna gave us lots of intetesting background information about the origins of the food and the families running the businesses, all adding to the experience. Amazing biscotti, pistachio cream, truffle products and the best traditional gelato!! Highly recommended.A good insight into some great traditional food.

The day started with a drive up into wine country. Where we stopped in Siena, did some shopping while they set up the horse race that’s coming up the second week of August. We enjoyed it some espresso, and there must have Pan Forte. We then headed to the winery where we enjoyed a nice lunch, overlooking the grapevines and a tour of the seller. After that we headed into San Gimignano for some world-famous gelato (the best we have had). Anna, our tour guide was amazing and full of knowledge and our tour driver was great. Would recommend.Great day!!
