Egle was very knowledgeable, kind and passionate about Madrid and the cities culture. She personalized the whole experience to what we wanted, even asking along the way if we wanted to change anything or try something other than what she suggested; it never felt like it was her way or no way. We tried so many things we would have never tried on our own and everything was delicious!! We even went back to some places again it was so good!! Matteo was a phenomenal guide. He had in-depth knowledge on the city, showed us delicious and unique food spots, and was very attentive to both dietary and allergy restrictions. Host was nice but the tour was lacking consistently on the vegetarian tapas options. Per description we expected 6 local tastings. We had 3 ( tortilla, plain olives , queso manchego). In addition the host showed us Torrons Vicens, a chocolate place that offers samples to anyone visiting. One of us didn’t drink alcohol, the two cocktails offered weren’t replaced in more food options either sadly. Overall not vegetarian friendly and poor price value. Not vegetarian friendly

She explained some history, guided us to local and authentic places to eat, and was just a pleasure to spend a few hours with. My 12 year old daughter and I had a wonderful time. The Prado can be overwhelming and Majo did an excellent job of focusing on the most important pieces and the stories behind them. She was also good at engaging our two 12 year olds. We loved every minute of it. Our tour was at 5:00 p.m. which meant the museum was not too crowded. Excellent tour of the Prado with Majo

This tour was the highlight of our time in Madrid. Our tour guide, Egle, was wonderful and took us to a variety of neighborhood eateries, bars, and markets. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide! Egle was a wonderful tour guide. She took us around so many points of interest in Madrid. She sensed our pace and adjusted to how my family and boys walked. She shared some history of the places we went to,, took pictures of us, pointed out great places to eat for meals and tapas and churros with chocolate. At the end of the tour she walked us over to a restaurant that she recommended for the type of food we wanted to it. She even called ahead to make sure they can seat us. She has a great personality and we enjoyed chatting with her during our tour. She is a gem! I high recommend her! Wonderful tour!

We had a great time exploring Chueca and Justicia with Mateo. He showed us the neighborhood and gave us a lot of interesting information about the history, architecture and daily life of the places. We went into interesting shops (chocolate! magic!), looked into hidden courtyards and had great conversations about life, music and the people of this part of the city. We know Madrid quite well, as we visit the city every year, but Mateo showed us a lot of things we did not know so far - 100% recommendable!Great tour with a lot of inside knowledge

We have done a food tour before using With Locals when we were in Rome so chose the same company again when visiting Madrid. Ariadna was the best tour guide we could have hoped for. Ari is friendly, engaging, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about Madrid in all of its aspects. We joined her for a food tour, having told her we were looking for "something different", having visited Madrid previously and been on previous food tours. She quickly determined what we wanted and then delivered. This was so much more than a food tour though, as she put many things into a historical context which was very helpful. The overall experience was very much like an interesting conversation along with a pleasant walk, interrupted for food tastings - Perfect.
