We have a new friend for life with Natalia!!! This may have been my favorite tour of a 2 week trip. Okay, yes I like to eat and this was a tasting tour, but we got the best treats along the way. Natalia is charming, easy to talk to and we definitely formed a bond. She showed us all around Vieux Nice so that we were comfortable knowing our way around for days after the tour. She pointed out the best food stops, restaurants and shops and remained available after the tour if we needed anything. She is so lovely and she made us fall even more in love with Nice and its spirit and the joie de vivre !

We booked a food kickstarter tour of Nice that included 6 food tastings. We expected this to be like other WithLocals food tours where we would walk & talk, stop to eat, walk & talk, eat, etc. Unfortunately that did not happen. While Karin was a pleasant and informative guide, we only stopped for food once 1.5 hours into our 2 hour tour. When I pointed out that we were not getting what we had paid for, Karin said the company writes the description but that is not the tour she does. Lesson learned is to always confirm the tour specifics with the guide. We complained to WithLocals and got a credit and we learned a lot about Nice (which was helpful) but we were disappointed since we did not get the experience that we expected. Pleasant guide, but not the tour we booked

My family and I booked a culinary tour with Natalia during our 4-day trip to Nice. We really really enjoyed our time with her! She was knowledgeable about Nice, super friendly, and organized. She answered our questions about the history of the area and gave us great recommendations for things to see on our next visit. We got to sample delicious local food and she was very accommodating of our dietary restrictions (no alcohol, pork, or shellfish). My parents are still raving about the tour. My only regret is not booking the tour earlier during our stay so don’t make the mistake I did. Book with Natalia and do it early on during your stay. You must book with Natalia!

We really enjoyed our food tour with Natalia. We caught the tail end of a storm and Natalia kindly waited with us for 45 minutes for the torrential rain to stop before starting the tour. She was able to answer our many questions about Nice and sent us additional information afterwards. We did our tour the day we landed from the US and met Natalia a couple hours later. Despite being jet lagged she was very friendly and helpful as we made our way around the city trying all sorts of delicious food. She also gave us plenty of recommendations of other places to go during our stay. I would like to note that we went on a Monday when a lot of things are typically closed, however this did not deter or seem to take away from Natalia's plan at all. We've done food/wine walking tours in many cities and this one was not what we expected. We booked the tour on a Monday simply because it was our first day in Nice, and food tours are a fun way to get familiar with the city on the first day. However, when we met up with Sara she was repeatedly telling us everything is closed on Mondays, she doesn't normally do tours on Mondays, and we wouldn't get to go to the best places. Given this is a private tour, I would've expected some outreach when we booked to advise that we select a different day of the week - we would have happily rearranged our plans. But honestly, the food we tasted was great and we wouldn't have known any different if Sara didn't keep telling us it "wasn't the best". I appreciate she was trying to be honest, but it was just a strange experience when you pay to enjoy the local food and culture, but the guide is repeatedly telling you she doesn't really like the places she's taking you to. It also seemed Sara was behind schedule so we were walking very fast through the city just going from point A to point B instead of stopping to learn about the history. When we tried the food she didn't really have much to tell us about it - it felt like we just paid her to order for us and not much else. It didn't seem like she was all that knowledgeable about the food or the city. Sara did give us great recommendations to check out during our stay and was very friendly and pleasant, but compared to similar tours we've done in other cities this one was really lacking and not worth the price. We absolutely loved our Kickstarter tour of Nice with Natalia! She took us beyond the typical tourist spots and showed us hidden gems we never would have found on our own—like the stunning terrace bar at Hotel du Convent. In Old Town, she introduced us to unique little shops (I came home with a gorgeous handmade Italian leather purse and truffles I’m still dreaming about). Natalia even helped us communicate with shop owners, which made the experience so much easier and more fun. What I really appreciated was how she customized the tour to fit exactly what we wanted to see and do. She also followed up afterward with a list of her favorite restaurants, which became some of the best meals of our trip! And even after the tour ended, she kindly responded to my extra questions. Natalia is warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about sharing the best of Nice. Highly recommend booking with her—you’ll come away with amazing memories (and probably a few fabulous finds from Old Town, too!).My favorite tour in Nice!

We had a wonderful tour with Justyna. She not only showed us some highlights of this beautiful city but also took us off the beaten path to hidden gems we never would have discovered on our own. She showed us Sainte- Marie cathedral and explained the history and culture. She took us through beautiful narrow streets and favorite shops and cafes and then to the open marketplace - Cour Saleya, with spice and fresh vegetable vendors. We were able to get the lift to Castle Hill Park which offered great views of the city. Justyna was also very helpful in instructing us how to use the train, bus and trams and gave us recommendations on places to dine and enjoy the beach. All in all, a great introduction to the city. We met up with Natalia on the morning of our first day in Nice. The meeting location was very easy to find and she was prompt on messaging to find each other. We did a tour of Old Nice which we have now been back to three times to scope out some of the best items that she recommended. We then went on a walk up to the castle so got a lot of the history of the area and there’s a playground up there that the kids played at while we got some more recommendations of local things to do. We loved getting this insider view of the city. Have already recommended WithLocals tours to family and friends.Family friendly tour! Great time!

Do not hestitate, book Natalia! She is very friendly and accommodating to her audience. We were travelling with 3 kids, and tours with lots of story telling and historical facts do not really work with children.
