Giedre walked us through magnificent traditional tastes of Paris! We even walked away with a few additional snacks. Afterwards, she provided a useful list of recommendations which we used for walking, dining, and shopping. Best advise is to book her at the beginning of your trip so you have time to utilize her recommendations. Beyond awesome!

Iza was just a wonderful guide as she showed us around her city. We stopped at local food shops and learned the history about the croissants, cheese, macaroons and other foods we enjoyed. Overall, the tour was okay. We did the Kickstart to culinary Paris. We walked for about 20 minutes down Rue de Honare which is the luxury shopping street. Interesting, yet not why we were there and I don't care so much for fashion and designer stores, which we talked about for the 20 minute walk. During this 20 minutes, there were also no food stops, just to find out the first place was closed. I would have assumed the guide would know this in advance. During the tour, we stopped at only 3 places. First was Laduree, then a pastry shop, then charcuterie. so I was also expecting more stops, not many times at one stop. I would be unlikely to use this company again based off my experience. Not exactly what I expected

We did a 3 hour food/tasting tour of the Saint-Germain des pres area with Alexia and enjoyed it very much! We got to see and hear about many places that we would have never discovered on our own. Alexia was very knowledgeable about the area, was an engaging speaker, and asked about our preferences to ensure we were all interested in the things that she covered during the tour. We took the Pastery tour with lovely Alexia who skillfully guided us between hidden spots, bakeries and parks in an interesting and fun way. The challange was not the easiest, really warm weather and us already starting the day with another tour and on the day of the festival "the day of the music", that brought half of Paris to the streets, Alexia had done her homework in advance, having multiple bakery options, in case of pasteries beeing sold out and even replanning on the go for a ice cream stop in the heat by choosing the lesser known location to avoid the huge lines at the main shop. The thing that really stood out with the tour was the truely great effort and huge heart Alexia showed during the tour and doing so in a genuin way that made it feel like beeing shown around by a friend. We had a wonderful afternoon with Alexia amongst delicious pastry, magical surroundings and streets filled with music. Choose a few hours, an afternoon or a full day with Alexia showing you arround, you woun´t regret it!Fun guidance with alot of heart and effort

This tour was satisfactory but didn’t blow us away. Our guide, Anukool was friendly and had some great historical knowledge. However, we had to put him back on track a few times as he would drift into conversation about sports or travel elsewhere, we really wanted to learn as much as possible about the St. Germain area and the tour was a bit loose / not structured. Anukool also arrived 15 minutes late and we ran almost an hour over time. Which was fine but might’ve left people who had later plans not getting the full experience. Walking tour. Latin District

He took us to a few small vignettes which I feel sure we wouldn't have found on our own. We loved our Mountmarte tasting, walking tour for 3 reasons: 1- Alexia, what a gem! And a true local, she was knowledgeable and gave us so many experiences we would never have known on our own. 2- the tastes! Again, nothing we would have known to try as visitors, and new and different things then i’ve tried before. Great balance of sweet and savory. 3-Anecdotes and history, alongside incredible views and sights. Incredible way to experience the city! While the quality of food samples shared on the tour were good the venues left much to be desired. It was awkward trying to enjoy the different foods while standing on the street. Also would have enjoyed hearing more about the details of the preparation of the different kinds of foods.Too much on the street food

Not only did we have great food, we got a nice overview of Paris and the neighborhood we walked through and excellent conversation during the meals. Alexia was a delight as she toured us through the charming neighborhood of Montmartre. Giedre was a gem. She was full of information and provided us with good samples. The tour itself was not what we were expecting. We assumed we would be sampling food in restaurants. Our first sample was in a restaurant and we did sit down and eat some cheese in the park and that was fine. Standing on a crowded street trying to eat a sample was not the most pleasant experience. I was expecting more drinks with our samples and I thought wine was included, but apparently it was not.Not the experience we were looking for

My wife and I booked an afternoon tour with Anukool around Montmatre. Met Anukool and he is a very knowledgeable and friendly guy who gave us a great tour of the area and told us many things we would not have learned if we had done this on our own. He recommended some great places to visit and eat. Montmatre as a area is well worth visiting and whilst there are the obvious attractions such as Sacre Couer there also many hidden gems. Alex had a wonderful itinerary planned for us. She sent me about 5 options to choose from and I picked one that ended in and around the neighborhood where we were staying. I also let her know we love food! It was great to be able to tailor our tour to our interests. She took us to a handful of sweets shops with different delicacies along with a shop for us to purchase good pate and cheese. We got a lot of history along the way and got to see a few hidden gems as well. She talked with each of us individually as we walked.
