1. Meeting point

   You will be picked up anywhere in New Delhi. Your local host will contact you regarding the exact pickup point.

2. Itinerary

   This is what our experience could look like, but it’s not set in stone! Once you book, you can chat directly with your host to make small tweaks to suit your preferences.

3. Jama Masjid

   This is the largest mosque in India, build by Emperor Shahjahan, the founder of Taj Mahal. The holy relics of prophet Muhammad is preserved here, and it shows the importance of this place. There is no entrance fee to this mosque but they charge 300 INR for each camera. All the foreign ladies are advised to wear a simple gown which will be provided by the authorities at the mosque. This place is a fine example of Indo-Islamic architecture.

4. Heritage walk in Old Delhi

   After the Mosque visit, I’ll take you to a heritage walk through the historical and colourful streets of Old Delhi. You will be visiting Dariba kalan, Kinari Bazar, Jain mohalla, Chandni Chowk, spice market, parantha wali gali, many old haveli’s, Naughara and many more during this incredible walk.

5. Cycle Rikshaw Ride

   From Spice Market to our vehicle, we will be riding on the cycle Rikshaw for 20 minutes approximately. This will be the craziest part of the trip.

9. Agrasen ki Baoli

   This is a step-well, build in 8th century by king Agrasen, a king of Sena dynasty. Many tourist never heard of a step-well so we have to visit this place to understand the concept of a Stepwell. There are around 100 steps to go all the way down to get water. If you can walk then great otherwise you can take some photos from the top. It is a very interesting place.

10. Gurudwara Bangla Sahib

    This is the largest Sikh temple of Delhi. It’s a great place to learn about Sikh culture & heritage. It has a beautiful holy lake and a large kitchen. I’ll take you to the temple to see the live prayer then we’ll explore the kitchen which serve over 30000 people everyday. If you want then you can also participate as a volunteer in the kitchen with me for few minutes. Believe me it’s bring lots of satisfaction & happiness.

We had a lovely day with Vishnu. He is engaging, knowledgable and he tailors the experience to his customers needs. If you are in New Delhi for a day or for a week, book your experience with Vishnu as you won’t regret it. Food is amazing!! Our driver, Mr G, was also lovely. We booked Vishnu for food tour of Delhi old town. He was very knowledgeable lots of fun facts and made special effort to ensure food we had was good and hygienic. Nothing was too much trouble , we learnt so much about real India culture and beliefs. The added benefit of a private new air con car for full trip was amazing. The driver “mr g” was superb , polite , punctual and he deserved so much credit especially navigating the manic streets. Overall highly recommend Thanks Just amazing

I spent one day exploring Delhi with the wonderful Vishnu. It was a long layover on my trip to Goa and my first time in India ever. Vishnu made it one to remember. We did not just jump from monument to monument but he showed me life in Delhi and I learned so much about the people and the culture. I could not have asked for a better start to my trip and kept passing on a lot of what I learned to fellow travelers I met along the way which really speaks for the well balanced conversations I have had with Vishnu - a lot of passion for a wonderful city and country, endless knowledge, a kind heart, always a smile on the face and an optimistic outlook on life. As a solo female traveler I felt very comfortable and taken care of and would highly highly recommend exploring Delhi with Vishnu! I sure will book a tour again when I‘m back.Solo female traveler

We booked with Vishnu for a short private tour in an afternoon of Qutub Minar on the day we arrived in Delhi having travelled overnight. Vishnu picked us up on time and from the beginning to the end our tour was just fantastic, he told us interesting stories and educating us as we went. Vishnu also extended our tour took us to some additional sites we did not expect and he stopped to buy us a masala chai. A 3 hour tour was actually 5 and we enjoyed every minute. Thank you Vishnu, when I visit again I will definitely book a tour with you!!!! You showed us the real India and we will forever be grateful.Just a brilliant guide!

Extremely knowledgeable , informative and perceptive guide. Seemed to know exactly what we wanted to see and achieve from our visit to India including taking us to places that we wouldn't have otherwise gone .He was sensitive to local people but knew that we didn't want to shop so never took us anywhere we didn't ask to go. If you want to experience Delhi, I HIGHLY recommend selecting Vishnu as your guide. I spent the day with Vishnu seeing all of Delhi, including the "real" Delhi and had an amazing time. We had an exceptional tour in Delhi with Vishnu! He was completely flexible and customised the day entirely to our needs as we went along - perfect for a short trip with limited time. Highlights included a walk through the Old City and several glances into daily life in Delhi throughout the tour. Vishnu is an amazing guide, with a strong knowledge & kindness. They came to pick us up at the airport with Mister G early morning for a 2-days private visit in Delhi. Vishnu adapted to our needs: we wanted to see both monuments and real Delhi life. He also took into account that we were tired of our flight the first day, and planned to do more activities on the second day. My second time to Delhi in 18 months and both times I have been in the best hands with Vishnu. His incredible humbleness and politeness make him endearing to any tourist, and you will quickly realise that Vishnu wants the best for your experience. Punctual, flexible and sincere, he provides the MOST INCREDIBLE insights into Delhi's attractions (inc. Old Delhi's laneways, mosques and shops). My friends realised why insisted on being guided by Vishnu again. They still rave to me how he made the city come to life with such deep understanding. And his explanation of the love story behind the origins of the Taj Mahal will leave you impacted and appreciative of India's rich Taj history. Vishnu really made our day. He made our 10 hour layover between flights amazing. We asked him not to see the temples but the culture and people and in 1 day we were able to experience a varied collection of experiences not on the usual tourist track. From helping serve the poor to seeing how locals really live to the best dining to a personal tour deep into old Delhi. This was simply the best experience we could have hoped for while traveling in India and we owe most of that to Vishnu for his amazing guidance. He took us not only to the big sites but also to local places we would not have known to go by ourselves. He made sure we ate at places he could trust would keep us healthy. Vishnu gave us a most amazing experience and accommodated our every request. He is extremely knowledgeable about history, culture, religions, etc. His English is impeccable, and his companion driver, Mr. G., was a charm. We asked to see more of how people live so he gave us a two hour walking tour of Old Delhi and then of a neighborhood "colony"; followed by a wonderful dinner at a very local eatery.
