I meet Dario in front of a church and we started with a first drink outside a very crowded bar. Next stop was on an old market place in Kalsa (part of Palermo) at a Bar&Restaurant where we had the second drink and nice original street food. Last stop was also outside a nice bar with the final drink. Drinks was Beer, Wine and Spritz. During walking through Palermo center, Dario explained me a lot about the city and the island. Was very good and I can recommend to everybody. Excellent evening in Palermo

We met with Dario on our first night in Palermo for a "Drinks and Bites" in Palermo walking tour. Dario took us first to a great spot that provided a delicious assortment of appetizers, with the arincina being my personal favorite. Over appetizers and a great aperol spritz, he talked about Palermo and gave us insite into the history of the city and other assorted Sicily topics. Conversation with Dario was very easy. We went to a second location on a fun street full of restaurant and pubs. This location was one we had previously passed by on an earlier walk and we made note that we wanted to check it out...so it was perfect that we ended up there! More snacks were provided, unfortunately we were so full by this point we couldn't eat them all, and we shared a nice bottle of white wine. At the end of the evening, he pointed us in the direction of some nice pubs. He was a great guide! We ended the evening with a night cap at one of the pubs along the way. Palermo has a great nightlife, we loved the whole evening! I highly recommend this tour and Dario!Great time with Dario!

Great tailor made tour just for 4 people. Lots of historical facts but made far more real by Salvatore’s local knowledge. We went to some great bars and areas we would have never found on our own. Totally recommend! Historical tour + wine and food

We went to Sicily for our 25th Anniversary trip with another couple. I booked the Drinks and Bites tour with Dario for our first night. We had a FANTASTIC time. It was like having a night on the town (but in Palermo) with a friend. We tried aperols and local wines along with Sicilian appetizers. Dario was so fun to hang out with while learning about Palermo. It was our last night in Palermo. After three weeks in the city, we were looking for something different. We took the Drinks and Bites with Salvatore. Salvatore not only was up for the challenge, he exceeded our expectations! Salvatore took us to bars we would not have found on our own. The bites were delicious, new to us (and we thought we had tried everything ;o), and filling. We had a fantastic evening! We were having such a good time that we did not get back to our apartment until after midnight! Salvatore is easygoing and fun to be with. Dario was very engaging and generally knowledgeable about a variety of cultural topics. Talking about traditional food from Palermo, while sharing an Aperol was delightful. He took us to three places, all different and each very interesting in their own rite. He also gave us the option to modify our food choices. Finishing the tour on the beach was the perfect ending. Michaelgelo bought me to some amazing places, the food was divine & offered a real insight into Scillian street food. Every spot we visited had brilliant ambiance & the food had a vast array of flavours. Michaelgelo is an excellent guide with excellent brilliant knowledge of local cuisine as well as the historical details of the city. We spent a most enjoyable evening with Floriana exploring the foods and drinks of the Kalsa Quarter. We tasted much of the local street food, visited interesting Bars and Cafes, and tasted a variety of Sicilian wines (our choice as we prefer wines to cocktails). Each location was different, in the narrow side streets of the Kasla, each with its own vibe. At every stop we chatted with Floriana over our glasses of wine discussing the food, wines, architecture and history of the city. My Vespa tour with Dario was truly a one-of-a-kind experience! I loved everything about it—the stunning views, the thrill of the ride, and the feeling of the wind in my hair.
