We were a group of 4 people and wanted to do something different during our stay in Palma. We landed on the ‘Bites & Drinks» tour with Rony as our guide. We can thoroughly recommend Rony. He was very knowledgable about the history and architecture of Palma, and took us to some great places to eat. Rony was spectacular. He was very personable and full of tons of local knowledge. All of the food we ate was delicious. If you are wondering if this tour is right for you, just do it. We also had our toddler and he was great with him, even when he woke up grumpy. :)Take the tour. Eat the food!

We had a great tour with our guide Rony. He took us to three fab tapas restaurants and we took in some of the local sights along the way. The tapas was excellent, it was good to try food we wouldn’t normally eat. Rony was friendly and engaging to talk with and we had a fun couple of hours in Palma. My wife and I only had one night in the city and Alvaro was amazing. His knowledge of the city and its history were exceptional. He showed us things we had passed by and completely missed and took us to wonderful tapas stops along the way. I can’t recommend highly enough. Alvaro was amazing!!

What an amazing evening. We booked Rony for a tapas and drinks evening on our first night in Palma. It was the best decision we made. Not only did he take us to fabulous locations, introducing us to local specialties and hidden gems, but he provided us with fascinating historical insights as we navigated the streets between locations. He also pointed out great bars and restaurants during our tour, two of which we visited later in the trip, and they did not disappoint. Highly recommend. Palma’s best tapas tour

I have used withlocal before in Prague which was great and really interesting so I made a group booking and told all my friends how good the tour would be. Yes we did go to three bars ( of which one of them we had been too the night before ) The first one we had a drink and “one” croquet the other two we had a glass of wine and a Pinchos the cost of 59€ each per person was just not worth the money, you would be better off walking around Palma and falling upon great tapas/ Pinchos yourself. This event was NOT the highlight of our stay which I thought it was going to be!!Not worth the money !!

We booked this tour last minute on our last night in palma and am so glad we did! It was such a treat to have Jorge to visit with us while he took us to 3 local restaurants for traditional food and drinks. Jorge was exciting to be around and just added to our last night in Palma. He shared lots of information and was just a good person to spend time with. From the first time we messaged him he was very responsive and polite. We couldn't have been happier! Had a great couple of hours with guiding us around Palma. We had set him a challenge as my wife is gluten free and has an allergy to potato so not an easy one on a Tapas tour! This was the 2nd tour we took with Natalia during our stay in Palma. She is a wonderful guide and was very easy to talk to and have a varied and interesting conversation with. We really enjoyed seeing this side of Palma in the evening & to get a flavour of how the locals spend their evenings. Just be aware that the tour is named 'drinks and bites', so you do only get bites on your tour and is not a food tour with 3 courses to eat. You may want to plan for more food after the tour finishes! However, we were aware of this & Natalia mentioned it at the start of the tour, so we were very happy with our experiences in Palma.Drinks and Bites in Palma with Natalia

Uns hat die Tour sehr gut gefallen. Jorge ist sehr offen und kann auch noch gute Tips geben wo man vernünftig essen kann und nicht mit aufgepumpten Fertig Pizzen oder Tapas alla Reste für Touris abgefertigt wird. Mit seiner Tour bekommt man auch ein bisschen mehr Durchblick zu ganzen Gassen und Palma.Die Tour mit Jorge ist sehr zu empfehlen

Entertaining story teller - absolutely! Food & wine lover - me too, I got. what I could expect! Nightlife connoisseur - felt almost like a palmesana being out at Night! Old school romantic - background latin/latin, well-bred!! Ich habe die Beschreibung erst jetzt gelesen und kann nur zustimmen. Nur das mit „Water sports lover“ lässt sich vielleicht bei einem nächsten Trip im Sommer statt im Winter überprüfen. So, wie ich Jorge kennengelernt habe, weiß er sicherlich auch da bestens zu unterhalten.Lukullisch und unterhaltsam - sehr zu empfehlen für einen Abend unterwegs in Palma

We had 2 amazing experiences with Alvaro. First was a Tapas tour on the evening we arrived - he even messaged to say that some of the places he wanted to go had now closed on a Sunday due to being close to the end of the season and would we like to change the day - unfortunately we had another tour booked the next day. Had a really lovely evening experiencing local food and drink with such a friendly knowledgeable guy. We went back to several of the places we visited and also some new places recommended by Alvaro. Amazing day trip through the Tramuntana mountains with stops at Fornalutx, Cap De Formentor, Pollenca and Alcudia. Gestern sind wir eher zufällig auf die App gestossen und waren sofort begeistert von den Touren mit einem local Guide. Spontan haben wir dann Jorge angeschrieben ob es auch kurzfristig möglich wäre die Tapas Tour mit ihm zu machen. Innerhalb von Minutem kam die zusage von Ihm und nur 3 Stunden später gings los... Treff auf dem Placa Major was unkompliziert, dann gings los. Kreus und qier durch die City von einer Vermuteria zu 3 völlig verschiedenen Tapasbars. Weine und Speisen hat er super ausgewählt. Zu Jorge, er ist angenehm, höflich, wenn auch ein wenig zurückhaltend und kommte gut Deutsch. Es ist für ihn mehr eine Lebensart als ein Job die Leute für seine Stadt und seine Leidenschaft zu begeistern. Vielen Dank JorgeEinzigartiges Erlebniss

Der Abend mit Jorge war rundum gelungen! Bereits die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war unkompliziert. Jorge ist sehr aufgeschlossen und professionell - es war einfach mit ihm ins Gespräch zu kommen und man fühlte sich nach kurzer Zeit bereits, als würde man mit einem alten Bekannten sprechen. Die Gestaltung des Abends war sehr durchdacht, alle vier Locations wunderbar ausgewählt und die von ihm bestellten Speisen und Getränke hervorragend. Wir hatten einen großartigen, unterhaltsamen und äußert schmackhaften Abend und werden dies beim nächsten Mal auf Mallorca in jedem Fall wiederholen! I booked the Tapas and Wine tour for our team as an evening event instead of a common dinner as. We all liked the tour and the bars we visited a lot. They felt like bars a "normal" tourist does not find following the usual tourist guides. Wine and Tapas were nice. Jorge's explanations and storys were funny and very much appreciated.
