Our food tour with Barbara and Chris was just perfect and a real highlight to our time in Sicily for our Anniversary Taormina is one of the most beautiful places we have ever been The time spent felt like we were with friends as Barbara and Chris were so warm, friendly and accommodating We visited some wonderful places and tried Arancino, sampled pistachio in different ways at Nova and even made our own Cannoli at a family ran Bakery We had a wonderful time from start to finish and would definitely recommend this tour to anyone that wants to make their trip extra special Thank you Barbara & Chris!! We had a great time with Asya! Smart and super sweet. We had a large group of 11 and one with food allergies and she accommodated perfectly which is hard to do but did it with ease. She engaged the whole group and taught us a lot about the city while eating amazing food along the way. Come hungry :)Great Tour

Our tour started off with a warm welcome from. Chris and Barbara. They are from the area which made the experience wonderful. The highlight was Nove which is an incredible place which focuses on pistachios. The different bruschetta featured many flavours. The cannoli at the end of the tour ended the evening perfectly. Thank you to our hosts for a wonderful evening. I would highly recommend this to all. Amazing Experience

Asya was a great guide, showing us around the town while sampling great food and drinks! The personal connections she had with the restaurants and bakeries made the tour even better - especially the cannoli magician Roberto! My niece and I had the best day on this tour with Barbara and Chris. We were introduced to local food artisans who shared the passion of their crafts with us. They taught us how to buy the bread, the proper way to sample olive oils, showed us how hazelnuts are grown and gathered, immersed us in the making of cheese, the delights of granita, and fed us with the most amazing foods and wines. Chris and Barbara are warm and truly seemed to enjoy showing us the real side of their beloved homelands.This is the real Sicily!

Chris & Barbara gave me my favorite day in Sicily by far! They were so sweet and fun to be with for the day, they are so knowledgeable about the area and passionate about the area they grew up in. The entire experience was excellent. Chris and Barbara are true professionals and their love of Sicily shows . From the start, they communicated promptly and clearly . The only way to visit Sicily is with Sicilians!! Chris and Barbara are locals who took us off the beaten tourist track and helped us to experience the very best of Sicily. We (two couples) had an amazing time with Chris and Barbara on this tour. They promptly picked us up at our airbnb in Taormina and then we set off for an entire day of adventures together. We did so many things- bakery, dairy farm to taste cheese, traditional eastern Sicilian breakfast of granita and brioche, olive farm and tasting, lunch at a winery. We visited beautiful towns and learned interesting things about Sicily. Chris and Barbara were wonderful hosts and would highly recommend this tour. Chris and Barbara are a delightful couple and excellent hosts on this tour. They are born and bred in small towns near Etna and are proud to share their heritage. We had a fantastic day with them on the tour and we were very pleased to meet real people making local products: Rosario the Hazelnut producer, Cinzia(?) making her daily batches of cheese, Salvatore with his olive oil and his encyclopedic knowledge of culinary plants, trees, vines and aromatics. At lunch we had a great selection of Sicilian meats, cheeses and dishes with local wine. The whole tour took place within sight of the smoking summit of mother Etna.A lovely food experience and a great day out
