We booked Giana’s tour a few days prior. Communication is prompt and clear. She even offered to meet us at our hotel. We booked a chocolate walking tour BUT we received more than that. Giana took time to explain the history of the city, the historical buildings, we even visited the highest point of Zurich overlooking this beautiful city. I live in Zurich and I’m a big hiker, so I'm always looking for ways to blend my love for hiking into everyday life. Zurich Urban Hikes was such a cool surprise! It gave me a whole new appreciation for the city - taking me through hidden paths, "secret" passageways, and green spaces I hadn’t explored, even after years of living here. Giada even included some Swiss treats at the end! Definitely recommend as a fun, active way to explore the city.Fun way to discover the city!

Meline was very flexible when to start because Zurich was our arrival destination and starting point. She was also flexible on walking, bikes or buses, which made gave my jetlag a break. She even came to our hotel so we wouldn't have to try to find her.very flexible and helpful

Giada was the best tour guide! This was action packed! She was knowledgeable and caring! So many activities up on the mountain! Breath taking views! The sun was shinning above but it was sooo cold! The rotating gondola on top was amazing! She explained what we could do and gave suggestions! We were on the suspension bridge, amazing! The ski lift thing, something Flyer had spectacular views and you watched people skiing! We liked walking inside the glacier, but very slippery, hold on tight! They had tubing, but we did not do that. So much fun, all day! We ate at the snack shop! I highly recommend going on this tour! Enjoyed it so much!!!Outstanding, a must do!!

We had a pleasant tour with Meline. Many food tours have a set tastings and rigid timetables, but this was casual and laid back with lots of opportunity to personalize what you wanted to do and try. It was a beautiful walk through town, with time to pop into a few historic buildings, but still plenty of time for tasting all the delicacies the town had to offer. Casual & Personalized

Meline was a nice person, but had no business being a guide whatsoever. She showed up to the meeting point late, appeared to be impaired and then asked us what we wanted to do. We told her that this tasting food tour with history and culture and to just pick ten things of the region for us to taste and drink and show us culture in history along the way. Her next response set the tone for the tour , she said she did not do history but could get us some food to taste and show us some local culture but was not from Zurich. She had no plan and was completely unorganized. We have been on really good food tours, average food tours, and now this was the worst food tour ever. Most food tours teach you about the area and take you to local spots that know you are coming and are prepared for you. None of this happened on this food tour. Nobody knew we were coming. She took us to some places that had free samples, got us a chocolate bar from a grocery store, and took us to some places that were closed. We did end up eating some decent food but only had 7 of the 10 stated tastings and some were free. We learned absolutely nothing about Zurichs history or sights. This is definately not worth the price and we will be seeking a refund.Worst food tour

Meline was very nice, but she should never be a tour guide. I paid $300 for her to show me things I could have seen on my own for free. She told nothing of historical sights and admitted that she knew very little about Zurich. As far as meals, I had a bratwurst wrapped in paper with a beer and a small meal that I assembled and cooked myself. Nothing like what was advertised. I expect a refund as I did not get what I paid for! Very Disappointed

My friend and I booked The 10 Tasting of Zurich for Saturday, March 16th at 10 am. The host never showed up at the meeting point nor responded to email or phone calls. We went the website and messaged the online help. The initial response was to apologize for the no show, no other remediation was process despite my request for refund. In addition, we were overcharged by nearly $200. I am now working with my credit card company to dispute the charge on my credit card. Host no show, credit card charged
