Julien was amazing! He was easy to get ahold of. He made sure we knew where to meet and discussed our interests before the tour. We had a three hour Louvre tour with Julien and it was the best. I don’t know if we would have been able to see and understand all of the art without his expertise. He met us at the carousel outside and stayed with us until we had a taxi to our next adventure. EN: Our day with Emilie was absolutly fantastic! Upon our arrival, she gave us earsets in order to hear her better because of the crowds , which was thoughtful. She explained in great detail the history of Paris, told us many facts and answered to all of our questions. She is passionate about that part of history which made the tour very nice. Going to the Louvre without a private guide is a terrible idea and Bibiana was an excellent person to lead us through this labyrinth of a museum. Without her, the sheer size of the place and the large crowds would have made for an unpleasant and frustrating experience, especially for our 14 year old son. Her ability to skip the entry line was enormously beneficial during such a busy time at the museum. She was able to tie together the art we saw in a comprehensive and understandable way so that we truly understood what we were looking at and were able to appreciate it fully. Chrystelle was able to make the best out of a tricky situation and although our guided tour could have been a disaster, it ended up being even better. Unbeknownst to all guests of the Louvre on the day we booked our tour, the museum was closed to the general public until the afternoon, so when we showed up to start our tour, the Louvre was letting all morning tickets enter. We ended up seeing other sites near by, all the while learning abt the history of the louvre and the city. After the lines had died down, we then hit the highlights of the museum. Chrystelle is smart, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. We would book another tour with her again for sure! Great Tour

Sophie was very kind and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the Paris strikes caused the Louvre to open a bit later, so she had us meet later by Notre Dame and we spent an hour outside the Louvre that would have been better spent inside. Once we got through the line, she was able to take us to see quite a bit, but left us as soon as her time was up. For $90 plus the tickets which we had to pay to her on top of the charge (17 euros), I’m not sure I would book this private tour again. It was very expensive for the service we received, and it did not include the actual tickets to the Louvre.Lourve Tour

We had a limited amount of time in Paris and knew we wanted to see the Louvre. Booking with Chrystelle was the best decision we made. As an Art Historian, her knowledge was invaluable and the hours we spent with her were fun and educational. We started with a walking tour around the Left Bank which included Notre Dame and although we could only view it from the exterior, we were able to learn the history of it as well as the ongoing restoration. At the Louvre we learned so much more about the history of the building as well as the art and paintings inside than we ever could have learned on our own. We had a wonderful time with Abbie. She was a wealth of knowledge and presented it in a fun and easy going manner which was great for my 10 year old granddaughters. We did a Notre Dam and Louvre tour with her and if we had not been with Abbie, there is no way we would have gotten to see the Mona Lisa!! I had one day in Paris and was looking to see as much as I could in a short period of time. Marie’s approach to the tour was excellent, as she gave me a chronological tour through the Louvre starting with Greek sculptures, to Roman sculptures, to religious paintings, the transition from pure theology to artistic technique, to the French Revolution. She gave me a great overview of French history along the way. We then went to the Notre Dame cathedral. Bibiana was a great communicator. She helped us navigate everything and we didn't have to wait in any of the lines. Since this was our first time, she started by explaining the building's history itself and how it came to be a public museum, which was really interesting. Then we covered three main areas and periods of work. Two hours is not terribly long but we got through a lot of things and it made it so much more enjoyable than if I had wandered around myself unsure of why I should be interested in different pieces. Lovely first experience at the Louvre

The Paris Saint-Oeun flea market can be overwhelming! In fact, my husband and I have bern there many times. Our tour with Lucien made all the difference! He’s smart and interesting as well as flexible. Bibiana was excellent and prompt with all communication, very knowledgeable about the Louvre, art history, etc. She was very nice and helpful throughout preplanning and the tour, she made all members of our group comfortable from baby in stroller to adults. I can’t fathom doing the louvre without a private guide, it’s so insanely crowded and huge, even just entering is an ordeal, but not with Bibiana. She knew just how to move us through the crowd and skip the lines and navigate the huge museum. She also helped us to understand why the most famous pieces are famous and really expanded our knowledge of the renaissance. Thank you! Great tour, wonderful guide.

We booked Lucien for our visit to the Lourve, and we definitely found the right person! We were late and Lucien was able to get us in quickly which was amazing! He was very enthusiastic about everything in the Lourve, our 2.5 hours tour was way too short! Lucien gave us a very interesting and informative tour which was exactly what we were looking for! My daughter is 11 years old and she thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Lucien was very easy going, he was happy to show us the sections that we were more interested in (which was not in the itinerary).
