She didn’t show up. We called and texted with no response. We reported her after waiting 20 minutes. 45 minutes later, she reached out and said she couldn’t find us but could be there in 10 minutes. I have a picture of us standing at the meeting point at the appointed time. I think she just forgot. We are all human, it happens. We got a refund from withlocals, No show

Jazz was very flexible in finding a time to meet us for our tour. We did a mix of walking about Den Haag along with touring the Mauritshuis. It was the perfect amount of information for our family. We had the pleasure of getting to meet Jazz in the Hague and she was magical with my girls (10 and 7). The rainbow hair had them hooked at the first hello and she was so patient with my VERY talkative kids. She noted they wanted to have a long time in each gallery, and evey layed down on the floor of the Mauritshuis to look at the ceiling with them. We have very much enjoyed our tour with Jazz. We appreciated the custom-made tour and that Jazz accommodates individual requests. When the teenager in our group wanted an ice cream, Jazz immediately recommended a beautiful place with delicious ice cream. Our time with Jazz was a joyful and enriching experience! She was incredibly easy to converse with and customized her tour to accommodate our interests and incorporate places that would be integral in helping us become residents of The Hague come August. She was kindly attuned to the needs of our 8-year old daughter (who was still adjusting to the +9 hour time change) and her fun-loving humor shone. In our three hours together we learned an incredible amount about local history and culture as well as being able to better navigate the city zones. Between tasting exotic flavors of Gouda, climbing the exhibition tower, basking in the sun by the prison for a gruesome story, ogling pretty rocks, sampling local sweets, and impromptu watercolor painting, it was hard to choose a favorite activity, but we ended the tour at a gorgeous restaurant that made our daughter's jaw drop with the tropical interior decor, bird art, and color-changing tea! Jazz is a talented ambassador and the version of the city she shared with us will have us looking through amythest-colored glasses as we walk the streets. Invaluable Introduction to Den Haag

Our time with Jazz was extremely helpful for getting acquainted with the Hague. She is fun, hip, and very knowledgeable. She kept our two boys, ages 15 and 18, really engaged and interested as well. She also had great recommendations for restaurants and things to do for the rest of our stay. We are so grateful that we were able to meet up with her for this tour! She's all that jazz!

Jazz was a great tour guide who managed to show us so much in 3 hours with no up front idea as to what we wanted to see. She went above and beyond by giving us a lift back into the city centre from the Peace Palace at the end of our tour.
