Alvero is a true professional and was helpful from the start. Before leaving for our trip he was easy to communicate with and designed a tour especially for our group. Once in Sevilla he also took responsibility for securing our tickets and handling some of the enhanced security protocols in place. This made our visit stress free. During the tour we had ample Time for questions and Alvero kept us in the shade during a hot July day. He shared interesting anecdotes and historical gems that weren’t part of our pre-trip reading. He even managed to keep our teenager interested and engaged! Once at the cathedral he handled a minor issue without our needing to intervene and gave us a detailed tour that included references to religious, historical and political figures. Cecilia guided us over two days, once to the Cathedral and once to the Alcazar. We bypassed the long lines because we had a guide and she provided lots of helpful information and answers to our questions. We were lucky enough to book two tours with Alba while we were in Seville this month. We toured the Alcazar and surrounding areas one day and then the Santa Cruz and the Setas de Sevilla the following day. Alba was very engaging and we all learnt so much from her. Laura spent four days with our family, doing a different 2-3 hour tour with us each day, and she was both an absolute delight and a knowledgeable and engaging guide for all of the members of our family! Our ten year old twin girls stayed engaged with her the entire time, peppering her with questions and listening raptly. She’s wonderful at keeping children engaged and adults interested. That is not an easy feat. When we had to say goodbye at the end of our four days, we felt like we were saying goodbye to a dear friend. If you are going to visit Seville, book a tour for the Cathedral! And with Juan😉 We booked a tour with Juan for the Cathedral of Seville. The first hour we walked in the area around the Cathedral and he told a lot of the history. he knows so much about the history and also inside the Cathedral he tells you as much as possible! You can notice that Juan loves his city. I can write a whole story, but the conclusion is, just book the tour! You won’t regret it. Highly recommended!

Our family of 3, including our 16 year old son, absolutely loved our tour with Juan Fernando!! He is an expert in the history of the area, showed us all around the Jewish Quarter and then into the Cathedral, which was so incredibly beautiful!! Juan gave us just the right amount of information without being overwhelming, showed us his favorites and quickly picked up on what we would be interested in, and showed us all of that and more!! Each of us felt like we learned so much, but also had a wonderful time!! He gave us so many ideas for things to do with our time after the tour and just took such great care of us!! We wanted to see the Cathedral and other areas of Seville. We prefer a private tour if the price is reasonable. We contacted Maria, told her what we wanted to see and she responded immediately. We met her and began the tour. She was extremely knowledgeable and very enthusiastic about her city. We walked all over and after a while it was like being with a friend. The 3 hours flew by. Samuel was on time and gave us an overview of the history of Sevilla. He was proud of the river and the gold and silver minted in the town. He showed us the remains of the city wall and basically stayed in the Jewish quarter. He was well travelled (Finland and Ireland) and spoke good English. We were lucky that he had a fairly free day and he spent more time with us than we paid for. Lots of recommendations for places to eat and he also introduced us to orange wine. A great day had which set us up for our time in Sevilla. He was great. Thank you very much.Enthusiasm

Samuel was a fantastic guide! Communication beforehand was great, and his passion for Seville’s history really shone through. He took us to hidden spots and rooftops we’d never have found ourselves, which made the tour feel really special. Juan is a great guide. We interacted a lot and got lots of great information that only a local would know. He customized the tour for us and what we were interested in on the fly. I can’t think of any question we had that he didn’t have an answer for, or a source to find the answer. We had a great four hours with him and ended the walk with a beer at one of his favorite tapas bars that was perfectly cold for a warm day. Highly recomended. Great walkabout

We really enjoyed our tour of Seville with Juan. We only had around 3 hours in town and wanted to cover both the Seville Cathedral and Alcazar. We got into town a little earlier than expected and he was able to meet up with us a little earlier than planned. He tailored the tour to our interests and time constraints. We did the tour with my 80 year old parents and Juan was so patient with them (especially my mom). He made sure to slow things down for her. He has great knowledge of the places we visited. I will definitely reach out to Juan again if we are ever back in Seville. Of all the places we visited this trip, Seville was my favorite and I think that Juan might have a part to play in it. We had the best tour ever today with Alvaro. He is the most enthusiastic tour guide we have been with and has an incredible amount of knowledge regarding the history of Seville - we learnt so much. Elena is energetic and good natured. She showed me areas of Seville from a different perspective. Then I had the food and lots of it.
