Alvaro was a wonderful local to spend the day with. We originally booked a 90 minute tour of Palma but decided we wanted to explore the countryside and not have to worry about driving. So we met him at the car rental place and off we went to Andratx, Sant Elm, along the coast to Banyabufar and then to our favourite Valldemossa. Along the way we had interesting discussions with Alvaro about Mallorca and his travels and world events. He was open to talk about anything and we appreciated that. When we got back to Palma he extended the tour even further by taking us to a spot with beautiful views of Palma. We all agreed if we had rented the car on our own the day would have been a dud. Thanks Alvaro, it was a wonderful day spent with you. Wonderful informative host.

Cesar met us as planned and provided a wonderful experience in Palma de Mallorca. The tour description of Highlights and Hidden Gems was "right on point". He accommodated our pace, included everything we could hope to see in 3 hours, added a stop for book purchase and toured with us in the Cathedral to truly enhance our visit. Un muy buen tour y a excelente precio. Además el guía excelente, siempre pendiente de tí, aduyandote en todo lo que necesitabas y se le veía que disfrutaba haciendo el tour. The trip was amazing. Joan and Marc took their time tk explain and talk about the island. They also offered me gazpacho (tomato drink), which was nice and tasty. They were polite, supportive and encouraged me to get into the water, lol. I enjoyed the fact that we were able to talk about a lot of other things on the tour. Indeed, they knew all the secret paths of the island. They also recommended places to visit and things to do while on the island. It was truly amazing, and I recommend the tour.Fantastic!

Andrea and Manuela were super friendly and passionate about delicious cuisines, and we can tell from the first second that they are treating this experience with their heart and soul. You will be amazed by their carefully designed home decor and fall in love with a furry friend Domingo right away. Andreas is the best; he has great subtle music, a welcome drink, and various dishes throughout the entire experience leading up to the paella. My mother is an avid cook and she thought Andreas’ cooking with his partner was delicious. Additionally, the dessert was simple, tasteful, and to the point. Do not hesitate to book this experience with him! It was very homey, think of having a delicious private dinner with your new family. I've been to various Michelin restaurants and they do not compare to the experience that Andreas provides & at the value! Ask for Domingo, the king of the house!Better than Michelin-Starred Restaurants!

My daughter & I booked dinner with Andreas & Manuela this past week and had a wonderful evening! They are both so welcoming. As you may have read already, this is not a cooking class, but rather a meal prepared by them. The food was absolutely delicious beginning to end! Manuela prepared sangria while we were there, explaining the steps and ingredients. Then there was the final assembly of the paella; again, Andreas provided us background on how to make this dish the best it can be. All the while, we chatted and learned about each other. They have done extensive traveling and have many stories to share. The music was excellent, the view from the upper rooftop to the Cathedral is magical, & let's not forget about their adorable little dog, Domingo. When we were leaving, Andreas made us a reservation for a small jazz club after dinner that was amazing! 2 days later, I had the opportunity to run into Andreas & Domingo out on a walk and we stopped to chat. travelled alone to Mallorca and thought that doing a tour would be perfect to see the island and have someone show me around. The tour was amazing. Joan was really nice and came super prepared with water shoes for everyone, glasses to see the fish in the water. He shared some historical facts about the places that we came by and showed us two amazing spots to swim freely and away from the crowds. Joan was really great and kept making sure that everyone was comfortable and felt included. I couldn't recommend this tour more, specially for someone travelling alone.Perfect way to discover some unique swimming spots

This experience exceeded our expectations. Our hosts were incredible and very accommodating! They made one of the best paellas we've ever had, with all different kinds of seafood and meats. They walk you through step by step how they prepare and cook the food and the ingredients used for the drinks as well. We offered to help clean, but they didn’t want us to lift a finger, which was so relaxing as we took in the views and aromas from their rooftop. Their home is lovely and so are they. If you're coming to Mallorca, this experience is worth every penny. We laughed and shared stories all night. Amazing company! The tour was absolutely amazing.The views and locations were absolutely amazing. They were not crowded so we could enjoy properly. Joan was kind enough to even bring swimming equipment, lifejackets, and other things for our need (everything for free). He knows about the history and the culture really well. We didn't know how to swim, so he helped us a lot in the sea. He also brought us homemade Spanish drink called Gazpacho, which was perfect for refreshing after the tour. We couldn't have asked for a better tour guide :)Amazing experience

Cesar arranged a fabulous one day excursion for our party of 8. The caves are truly a natural wonder, and it was not crowded. The horseback riding at Cala Ratjada was enjoyed by 5, while 3 of us went to the local castle and then went to a great little restaurant for a drink and a snack. We all then went to another local restaurant for lunch which was fabulous. Local food, local people made it a real fabulous experience. Off to wine tasting at Miquel Oliver, which was fun, educational and again fabulous. Then on a return we stopped in Palma for a quick walking tour of the downtown . Cesar is a great host , he is knowledgeable of the area and its history, which makes the tour a superb way to spent the day. Highest recommendation The Best

Joan was an amazing tour guide and this tour was a truly unique experience. We were a group of 5 friends with a range of swimming abilities. We had people who were afraid of heights and couldn’t swim to people who loved cliff diving and were advanced swimmers. We recently had the incredible experience of touring the Balearic Sea with this amazing team of guides: Juan and Marc. As someone who loves the beauty of the sea but has always been scared to venture into the water due to my inability to swim and fear of the unknown, this tour was a game-changer for me. From the moment we started, the guides were exceptionally kind and supportive. At all times while I was in the water, I was accompanied by a guide who ensured that I felt safe and secure. Their patience and encouragement helped me overcome my fear, and by the end of the tour, I was actually swimming a little! The guides never let me slip, taught me how to stay stable, and showed me how to use the safety gear properly.What made this experience even more special was knowing that these guides have grown up in these waters and know the area inside out. Amazing worthwhile tour! Our tour guide Juan was so down to earth, friendly and had a genuine interest in getting to know us. He was very knowledgeable on the area and answered all our questions well, we even got a free homemade refreshing drink! We went to off the beaten tracks and uncrowded spots where mainly locals go. I recently experienced The Ultimate Drach Caves Day Trip with Cesar in Majorca, and it was truly outstanding and an unforgettable experience. On our way to the Caves of Drach, we stopped at the charming port city of Porto Cristo, Majorca, known as the hometown of tennis legend Rafa Nadal and the site of his prestigious sports academy. This unexpected detour added an extra layer of excitement to our journey. At our visit to the mesmerizing Caves of Drach, Cesar's knowledge and enthusiasm made the exploration even more fascinating. We then paid a visit to the Majora Pearl Factory. It was fascinating, and I found myself captivated by the intricate process of pearl creation. I even purchased a few lovely pieces as mementos. To top off the day, we enjoyed a delicious meal at a local restaurant, where we savored authentic Majorcan cuisine and Tapas. Well, in a nutshell Cesar was an awesome guide! Ne really took the time to personalize our fun filled day of sightseeing and food tastings across the North area of Palma de Mallorca. He was on time and we promptly took off in his vehicle on our tour. We covered quite a bit of territory with perfectly timed stops at various towns and cities / villages like Palma, Pollencia, Alcudia and many other mountain and coastal villages along the way. One of the highlights was our stop on the Northernmost part of the island at a wonderful lookout spot with wonderful views of the mountains and Mediterranean. We took some more time in a few sights like Alcudia to learn the history and take in some of the Roman ruins located there. We also made quite a few stops to take in some wonderful Spanish snacks and lunch at the Bar Stop restaurant which was absolutely delicious. Another nice stop was our visit to a local winery for a wine tasting of some local wines. Very educational and the wine was awesome. Cesar also did an amazing job of teaching us about some of the history of Palma de Mallorca and how they came to be what they are today. Long story short you cannot go wrong booking a tour with Cesar in Palma de Mallorca. Enjoy your time in Cadiz and the great food as well!Adventure in Palma de Mallorca!
