We only had 8 hours to see and learn about Venice and our tour with Federico was perfect! The time was brief but perfect to entertain our 11 and 13 year olds. Highly recommended if you need a fun and quick overview while still allowing time to explore. Perfect for a day trip with tweens

Valentina’s tour, specially for our grandchildren (10 & 7), made us see Venice in a whole new way. Elena is a great storyteller and extremely engaging. Plus, she is a native with a worldview having left the city before. So she understands the nuances of being a Venetian and looking at the city through the lens of a tourist! She was also very informative, we had a great time, in spite of the December winter cold. She was also good with answering questions from my tween/ teenager and made sure we were comfortable whilst walking. I had studied The Merchant of Venice for literature - and Elena gave me the 101 on the key places mentioned in the book and even took us on a Traghetto boat ride! Highly recommend if you're looking to discover more about Venice through the eyes of a Venetian. Best way to immerse in Venice history!

We arrived in Venise with our two kids and directly embarked with Romy for the visit. Best thing we did! I highly recommend as she has a lot to share and embarked us and the kids throughout the streets. Our daughter loved the treasure hunt she had prepared. Adair was a fanrtastic support on the day, we had a big issue as our ferry was cancelled so we arrived over an hour late to Venice, on our journey to venice Adair helped replan our afternoon to make sure our children had what they needed and enjoyed their time in Venice. Private taxis (whilst expensive) were defiantly worth it to reduce the stress of getting around on a tight timescale. Adair organised a mask making workshop for our 7 and 4 year olds which was wonderful and exactly what we needed after sitting on a bus for 6 hours! I would highly recommend Adair she made our afternoon special and really easy!Fantastic Support and Great Day Out

Claudia gave our family a wonderful time showing us her special areas in Venice. She was warm, enthusiastic and fun and her stories about Venetian life now and in past times were fascinating for our teenagers and very interesting for the adults. We saw & discovered things we would never have found on our own. She had fun activities for the girls, which the adults also joined in, we ate cakes & pastries at the best bakery and she gave us many suggestions for visiting & eating for the next few days. Both Adair and us had a bit of scheduling snafus, but we were able to work it out and I am so glad we did. The kids enjoyed it (7 and 12) the adults enjoyed it, we got good recommendations, everyone left happy, and the adults felt a little better traversing the labrynth of Venice. Marco was great. As you’re touring Venice you get to see not just the tourist spots, but you get to experience the city like a local would which would be hard to do on your own. Marco was born, raised, and still lives in Venice so as he takes you through the Venice you’ll hear stories about his childhood, where his family and him currently live etc. what a great tour, it was like visiting family in a new city and they take you through it. We cannot say enough wonderful things about the incredible tour Elena gave to me and my family. I have two kids (13 and 10) and not once did they ask "what time is it?" or "is it almost over?" I also never once looked at my watch because Elena had us ENTHRALLED. Her knowledge of the city is unmatched and her passion to share her love if Venice kept me hoping the tour would never end. Our family of 5 (9, 12 and 14 year old) booked Family Friendily Venice City Tour with Claudia on our first day of our weekend stay. The 2 hour tour was a perfect way to understand the history, orientation and local traditions. Claudia was a skilled storyteller balancing information in an entertaining way. Her passion for the city certainly rubbed off as we enjoyed continuing getting lost in the backstreet alleys during our stay with a new appreciation. At the end of our tour Claudia kindly offered dinner options and made our reservation. Furthermore, knowing that we were arriving on Redentore Festival (3rd weekend in July) she made earlier with us to provide program information and events requiring booking. I would highly recommend Claudia and look forward meeting again. Perfect introduction to Venice

Unfortunately, our family tour was canceled by Roberto because we ran ‘late’. Granted it was a family tour as scheduled and one of the children had a slight emergency which is why we ran late. Not enough that we stayed in touch with Roberto and let him know we were running late, not enough that there was about an hour and a half left in our planned tour, our host just cancelled without any recourse. Not only we didn’t get reimbursed but now going back and forth with the company trying to justify our request for reimbursement. It’s a bad incentive for the host to be able to get paid without delivering any service due to the client being late. Unacceptable!No integrity and no service

We had a great couple of hours with Romy. We learned a ton about Venice, including the history and the present, from someone board and raised (and still living) in Venice. We had a fantastic tour with Genny. We flew in to Venice at 7:30 am and planned the tour to get a feel for the city and try to make ourselves stay awake. It was a big success but we were also very tired!! Genny did the most amazing job of showing us the sights but also recognizing we were low on steam. She gave us just the right amount of information to make the tour entertaining, informative, and interesting but also not dragging things out when she knew we were tired. Really great tour and I wish we had more time to do more tour with Genny!Fantastic tour

Started our city trip to Venice with a guided tour with Genny. From the moment we met it felt as if we were on a walk with a friend. My husband and I had been to Venice before, but this time we brought our young children and wanted to learn more about the city and do something that children would enjoy rather than just walking from shop to shop. Elisabetta was wonderful. She was so kind and warmhearted and easy to get along with. It felt like we had been friends for years.
