Armando was so kind and sweet and wonderful with our kids. We made pizza and then enjoyed us. He taught us his grandfathers pizza recipe from Naples, Italy. Would highly recommend this nice fun evening!Such a fun evening!

My wife and I took a pizza making class with Armondo, he was very personable and friendly. We had a great couple hours and were able to taste our creations. Learned that pizza dough and Focaccia dough are very similar but Focaccia dough takes 24 hours so not possible for a 2-hour class. Pizza with Armondo

We had a fun afternoon of pizza making with Armando. He guided us through the process from choosing the right ingredients to mixing and stretching the dough to eating a delicious Napoli style pizza for lunch, with wine. Armando also followed up with an email supplying the dough recipe after the cooking lesson which was very thoughtful. His kitchen is a distance from Milan centrale, so give yourself about an hour to get to his place by tram. Also, a focaccia making experience was advertised, paid for and expected but, we made pizza. Still fun and we learned alot, thanks Armando! Never put pineapple on a pizza!

I had the pleasure to attending a cooking session with Armando in May 2022. He is a amazing guy, very knowledgeable in the Pizza making, and the Italian culture in general. Armando - It was truly a magical beginning. What a way to start the Christmas break. We booked an 3-hour tour with Armando (‘Army’) to show us around Milano. He met us punctually - in fact we were running a few minutes late due to unpredictable Milan traffic - at a convenient central location. Immediately his warmth was palpable as he made connections with the whole family including my hard-to-please teenager 🤫 He joked about everything as he delivered an informative historical context about the ‘North’ (Italia) driving some of our own references to Game of Thrones. He also did a fantastic job connecting to the two families’ experiences, one traveling from Germany and one from the U.S.A. Specifically he was clear about the colloquial vs. the mythical when explaining the different customs of current people. He even paid for coffee for us, authentic Italian per him. The one thing about him is that he was always his true self, a gentleman and entertainer who always knew what to do to keep us engaged, educated and moving. Wish we could spend another 3 hours with him. We strongly recommend booking a tour with him (again).Fantastic half-day tour in Milan

Army, was excellent on his time guiding us through Milano's tourist spots. We were a family group with children of varied ages, so it was difficult to find something engaging for everyone simultaneously, but he did a very good effort at pointing out interesting nuggets of trivia and entertaining/funny quips to keep the group on track. He is a native Italian, and his english is fluent. We covered as much as possible on a walking trip under the blazing heat and he also was kind enough to give us outstanding recommendations for meals and sightseeing. All in all, A+Friendly and competent guide

Guider c’est parler. C’est surtout s’adapter au visiteur pour ne pas lui imposer un discours trop stéréotypé. Armando ne nous a pas seulement parler de Milan mais aussi de l’Italie. Celle du Nord et celle du Sud. Il nous a montré ce qu’il aimait et surtout il nous a dit pourquoi il aimait ces lieux. Son propos fut simple, imagé et accessible pour des néophytes. Nous avons compris que l’histoire de cette ville est une souffrance dont les traces sont visibles mais aussi une ouverture sur le monde galvanisée par une farouche volonté d’être reconnue pour sa créativité. Guider c’est fabriquer un lien le temps d’une visite.Guider c’est donner de soi.

Big thank-you to Armando for taking us on a tour of Milan and experiencing some great food and drink on the way. There were 6 of us in the group on a work outing on a 2 day trio with an overnight stay in the City. As well as bringing us to some lovely places to eat, he was also really informative on the history of Milan and gave us some really interesting facts about the different places we walked by en route to the next food stop. The ice cream was the best we have all tasted and he was at all times engaging, with a great sense of humour for the entire tour. Armando was great. For those who need to have this food tour in English, his English is excellent. The food was plentiful and very interesting. As we went from place to place, Armando pointed out historical buildings, churches, and streets that other tour guides never did mention on a morning tour that we took of Milan. We went inside several buildings that otherwise are not mentioned in tour guides. We had a couple people in our group that had special dietary needs and Armando met them all. The only downside (and it was small considering the food we had), the food was not exclusive to Milan, but include a few Naplian tasting. Excellent food tour and I would recommend him and the tour.Great food tour and interesting sites

Armando was the master story-teller and pizza chef. He skillfully worked us thru the proper and delicate way to make the perfect crust using the specific ingredients we collected locally. The time was not rushed but used fully and effectively to learn a little about the history and perfection of Neapolitan pizza. Plus we also sang classic Italian songs and even Italian version of "Happy Birthday to you"! I booked this for my husband’s birthday as he loves Italy and Italian food! It was also a fun experience to do with friends over Zoom whilst the UK is still in lockdown. I was able to complete my first pizza in my life with Armando's excellent tutorial. You will learn well if you are prepared with ingredients. It is really fun and extra ordinary experience talking each other and learning how to cook traditional Napolitan pizza in real-time while we are located in exactly opposite side of the globe.
