Linda was the consummate professional before, during and after our tour. She made sure to address our wishes right from the beginning of the tour. She obviously knew all the relevant history, but the best part was how it was delivered. She told so many stories and those tend to stick better rather than just dates and facts. She knew exactly where she wanted to take us, so we were not wandering around aimlessly. As we explored the palace inside and out, she also pointed out places to eat and shop. She had stories or reasons to go to these shops and restaurants as well, which helped in our later decisions of where to buy unique gifts and eat amazing food. Linda also had input about our next stop and we will be sure to follow her suggestions again. She knew where all the best places to take photos were and took many for us as well. My husband and I were lucky to have had a very informative history tour with Josko on our first full day in Split. We found him to be an engaging, funny and very personable guide and enjoyed learning many things about the old town, Diocletian Palace and Croatia in general. He recommended a lovely place for lunch, a venue in the Palace for outdoor music in the evening, and a shop for excellent local chocolate. Darko was very welcoming to our small group of 6. He always only books small groups. He had a lot of historical info for us and toured us throughout the old town of Split. We were brought to venues that specialized in local delicacies as we weaved our way through the city. Most off the beaten track. He even shared recipes of some of the foods we loved! Would definitely recommend this tour! Fantastic evening!

Our walk was planned around seeing a different view of the city, not just the tourist attractions . We really enjoyed exploration of old residential areas with exceptional city views and their history. Food and restaurants off the usual promenade and harbour. With typical food choices which we enjoyed after our walk. Onwards to the City park and the woods. Our guide Debora was informative and a pleasure to share time with. We had an amazing tour with Darko in the Diocletian Palace. Our family has a difficult time on a group tour due to our adult son being in a wheelchair and grandparents with mobility concerns. Linda was an excellent tour guide. She is very responsive before the tour via text. Happy to answer all of our questions and met us at the cruise ship gate. Her English was perfect.
