We had an incredible time with Sebastian. We absolutely loved our tour with Maria! We did five tours in total on our trip, and while they were all excellent, my 13-year-old daughter declared this one as her favorite. Maria is so warm, kind, and knowledgeable. She was great with my kids and tailored the tour so that it was enjoyable for them and for us. It felt more like meeting up with an old friend versus meeting someone new. She also offered to keep in touch with us throughout our stay to help us with additional recommendations for restaurants and activities. Our time sharing the delicious churros and hot chocolate with Maria was a highlight of our entire 2-week trip. Wonderful tour!

Our original tour guide canceled on us but Octavio jumped right in and saved the day! We only had a few hours in Barcelona and wanted to see as much as we could. Octavio showed us so many sites and gave us history lessons that included a wide knowledge of architecture styles of buildings/homes and monuments/art pieces. He showed us some of his favorite things as well. The churros with chocolate dipping sauce were sooo good! We ended it all with a glass of champagne and a really good restaurant recommendation. We toured Barcelona with Octavio in July ‘25. We did a 3 hour walking tour and it was great. He took us beyond the main sites and provided great insight and explanations. We had two teenage boys and the brief was to keep it high energy and entertaining. Octavio did this - interesting stories, food markets and a detour to the best Churros in town! He left us with a heap of restaurant, bar and ice cream recommendations, so we benefitted from his guiding for several days thereafter. We had an absolutely incredible experience touring Barcelona, thanks to our amazing guide Moisés. From start to finish, he was the perfect combination of knowledgeable, patient, and kind. What truly set this tour apart was his deep understanding of Barcelona’s rich architectural and cultural history. While we were initially excited to learn about Gaudí, our guide went above and beyond by introducing us to other key figures in Catalan Modernism, including Lluís Domènech i Montaner and Josep Puig i Cadafalch. He gave us a deeper appreciation for the city’s architecture and helped us see Barcelona in a completely new light. Walking through the streets with him, we discovered hidden details and stories we completely missed on our own. His insights made the city come alive in ways we never expected. The highlight, of course, was the Sagrada Família — we were absolutely blown away not just by the grandeur of the building, but by the depth of knowledge he shared about the symbolism, structure, and design of its exterior. This tour was easily one of the most enriching and memorable parts of our trip. We left with a newfound appreciation for Barcelona and its incredible history. My girlfriend and I had a great dancingnight with Gonzalo and his wife. They took us to a dancing place in Gracia. We had our first lesson in bachata and salsa with a couple of other people in the bar. We learned the first basics of bachata, also as a couple. Contact with Gonzalo and Rebecca was easy and nice. We had an incredible time on the 10 Tastings of Barcelona tour with Maria. She was warm, flexible (even rescheduling when our flights were delayed), and went out of her way to accommodate our vegetarian, non-alcoholic family—including our kids (ages 8, 14, and 16) and grandparents! The food was absolutely delicious—Spanish omelet, toasted tomato bread, and an unforgettable vegetarian paella at a place she brings her own family. Maria is a lovely young woman with a keen sense of humor. We started the tour with a churro and rich chocolate dipping sauce, and an illuminating description of the structure of contemporary Barcelona which we soon visited. We then went to a neighborhood restaurant where we ate 5 or 6 tapas and had two drinks common to Barcelona. Federico really knows his stuff and then some. Never thought getting to grips with the Habsburgs, Bourbons and thalassocratic Aragonese Empire could be fun but he managed to make all the historical influences comprehensible and vivid by referring to artefacts in the landscape. The tour moved at a manageable pace and Federico avoided predictably over-crowded areas by steering us towards lesser-known but no less impressive buildings, monuments and other works from Gaudi, Picasso etc. Venues for break stops were stylish, well-chosen and obscure: several would have been impossible to find without his guidance.Entertaining and educational

Our group of 4 senior women had a most wonderful tapas experience with Alan .
