Daniele was a very friendly guide who did a wonderful tour through Villa Borghese with us as we asked for a personalized tour through the gardens within the city with him. We knows his city very well and could answer all of our questions holding a diploma in architectur. He adapted the tour spontaneously to things we were interested in. He speaks perfect English, we had a wonderful conversation and we learned a lot during the tour! He gave us some recommendations for the next day and we weren’t disappointed at all. We had a pleasant tour with claudio. He was a very nice man and had a lot of knowledge. However the tour did not exactly go as we expected. We had no special requests for the tour and we expected the guide to have a clear plan for us, but instead we felt we were wandering aimlessly around the city. The places we visited felt a bit random, even though they were nice. Also, the tour guide did not talk and explain as much as we wanted. All in all this was a mediocre experience. Maybe this tour is suitable for people who have a clearer plan for their tour.Nice but not what we expected

Thomas is an expert at showing you quieter parts of Rome, away from the madding crowds, but always Rome and with stories to go along. Wir können uns der anderen Rezension nur anschließen. Es hat sich angefühlt als ob man sich zu einem netten Nachmittag mit einem Freund verabredet hat. Vania ist super freundlich, offen und sehr positiv. Vom ersten Moment hatten wir einen tollen Eindruck. Vania hat uns durch Gassen geführt in die wir wahrscheinlich nicht gekommen wären. Hat sehr spontan auf Wünsche reagiert und sehr viele interessante Dinge erzählt. Wir haben uns immer mal wieder hingesetzt um Kaffee oder ein Bier zu trinken. Die Gesprächsthemen gingen nie aus. Eine sehr angenehme, ungezwunge Atmosphäre. Sie konnte sowohl zu Sehenswürdigkeiten, geschichtlichem als auch vielen kleinen Anekdoten drumherum etwas erzählen. Es hat sich angefühlt wie ein Besuch bei einem alten Studienfreund zuhause. Sie hat unseren Aufenthalt in Rom sehr bereichert! Nur zu empfehlen! Nice afternoon with a friend.

We loved our tour guide Vania. It was like taking a tour with an old friend! She is extremely knowledgeable and fun. She personalized the tour for us. Knowing we love food and coffee, she took us to an awesome small restaurant where we had suppli, and she brought us to an incredible cafe where we sampled different coffee drinks. The five of us spent three hours with Daniele from 9.00 to midday on August 26 He took us on his hidden gems walking tour. It was lovely we had done too much walking the previous day and were tired, so Daniele's relaxed and easy manner suited us perfectly The places he took us were interesting and he was very informative and amusing. He kept us in the shade and walked at a steady pace. He gave us a coffee break half way round We had a good time and still had enough energy to get the tram back to the Conad, do our shopping and walk back to our Apartment and climb the 91 steps. Paola was marvellous! She met us punctually & showed us so many more excellent points of interest than we could have imagined we could cover in three hours. We saw history, local culture & even strayed on to politics & identity. We did not fee crowded or rushed, it was most enjoyable & interesting. I would highly recommend Eleonora if you want to do a private tour of the Vatican/Sistine Chapel. This was the first time at the Vatican for our 18 and 20 year old granddaughters and Eleonora struck the perfect balance of providing interesting info about the most important features of the Vatican museum and Sistine chapel without getting bogged down on any one subject. Even though my wife and I have been to the Vatican several times, Eleonora made it interesting for us as well. She also did a great job of maneuvering our little group through the throngs of tourists. To top it off, Eleonora has a great personality.Best Tour of the Vatican and St Peters
