Our booking was transferred to Aleksander, who was so kind and knowledgeable. With the limited time we had in Belgrade, he wanted to make sure that we saw as many highlights as possible, and even spent extra time talking us to the Church of St. Sava. Had a great tour of local sights of Belgrade with Ivana. Initially there were some misunderstandings because i cancelled the tour and later rebooked. But it was all sorted out and it was all good at the end. She even called a taxi for me which i really appreciated as its hard to find a taxi here sometimes due to crowds - peak season. Belgrade was the final stop of our journey in Serbia and it was really good to have Brana guiding us through this intriguing authentic city. We stayed in Belgrade for two full days. Prior to the trip we had already come to the conclusion that it would be best to arrange a private tour for our very first day as we assumed that a guide could also provide us some additional guidance on what to do and what to see after the tour and on our second day in Belgrade. We had decided to contact Brana as we expected her, based on her profile, to be the best guide to tell us more about the history of Belgrade and its culture. It turned out that choosing Brana was exactly the right thing that we could have done as Brana told us everything about the city, its history and its population. She also took us to very interesting places we normally would not have noticed or visited. Right from the start we got to know Brana as being super friendly. With her knowledge and personal stories she really managed to add an extra dimension to the tour. Next to this it should be said that Brana has a pleasant way of communication and she really puts in an effort in making sure that people make the most of their time in Belgrade. For example, we really appreciated the information she provided us after the tour regarding certain particular places that we were interested in. That information gave us direction and saved us quite some time. This is why we can say that the tour with Brana was a perfect start of our stay in Belgrade. It was a great to meet Brana, who is an extraordinarily capable individual. My partner & I were not confident navigating Belgrade on our own and she transformed what I feared what would be a challenging day into a delightful and interesting tour. We were only in the city for the day and wanted to make the most of our time there. We needed a flexible schedule that worked around us and meant Brana had to deal with a few "Logistical Curveballs" she handled these difficulties with effortless grace. I want to mention price, because initially I did wonder how things were going to turn out and if it would be "worth it." I am pleased to say it definitely represented value and I shouldn't have worried. We were in excellent hands and had a wonderful experience. Although in hindsight we should have spent more time in Belgrade! I hope we can get back soon to see more. Tour was ok but no more. Lots of walking to see a few sights. Most of what we learnt was us asking questions rather than being told about things. Was supposed to have a drink and some food included. We got a bottle of water from a shop during the tour and no food. Tour ended 20 minutes early for some reason. Ivana did help out booking a meal for us and gave a few web links to a few places, but overall not the best tour we have had, especially at the price we paid. Maybe Withlocals are starting to charge too much. Used to get good value for money, not anymore.An ok tour
