Maya met us at a central point and immediately made my husband and I feel welcome. She took us around the main areas giving an invaluable insight into the history of this beautiful city. She was extremely knowledgeable about the city that she loves, taking things at our pace and showing us aspects that we would never have known of. The traditional dumplings which we enjoyed in a local bar frequented by locals for many years were amazing. This is the best way to see Kraków. Excellent tour made by Tomasz. He took me all around Kraków old town in nearly 3 hours explaining to me in details all I needed to know about the places we were visiting, and exceeding my expectations. He went extra miles showing all his efforts to make my day tour something memorable. Very professional, efficient, excellent customer service, friendly and very talkative person. Magda is a really lovely and funny person. In this few days i spend in krakow we went to see so many different things. From the most touristic must see attractions, the village sides and mountains, to walking thorough some of the cutest streets i have seen. It was raining for most of the time i was there, but that didn’t make my trip any less amusing and interesting. She really knows all the tips where to go considering your wishes and time you spend there. The greatest thing with her is that she can show you many hidden places which you normally don’t discover. I tried traditional food in places only local people know about and we spent one of the best nights just chilling in a bar with locals. I really got an inside feeling of how is it leaving in Krakow. I had the best time exploring the city with her, so I highly recommend to meet her or ask her for an advice while spending time there.Awesome day in Krakow with Magdalena

Alexsandra was a brilliant and informative guide who gave us an insightful overview of both Krakow and Poland from a historical, cultural and modern perspective . And all of this while constantly walking , pointing out interesting stuff , legends , giving us views of the elderly and the young , getting into politics and the food. Tomasz met me at my hotel on the main square. I booked the tour to familiarise myself with The Old Town. Tomasz is charming & very knowledgeable. I really enjoyed his style - he made the information accessible, and stimulated my curiosity to go back to places & get a second look at things. I told Tomasz that I was interested in attending a Classical Music Concert. He took me to a highly recommended venue, and helped me buy my ticket. My 3 hour tour flew by. At the end I had a good understanding of the layout and main sites of The Old Town. We discussed a Food Tour but my departure time prevented me taking the tour - however, Tomasz messaged me a list of recommended restaurants & food choices. Meeting Tomasz was a delight. Tony and I met Alexsandra with no issues and set off on a learning and eating experience of Krakow. We talked about everything from families to politics and the way of life in Krakow. The main aim was to try all the traditional dishes of Poland. That we did. We ate a lot of food and tried everything offered. Rounded up with a vodka tasting. Alexsandra also gave us a list of places and other treats to try. The doughnut with rose jam was delicious thanks🤗. I would recommend Alexsandrs to anyone. We booked a Krakow food tour with Aleksandra for our first day of a 10-day trip in Poland — it was a perfect introduction to the city’s food scene and Polish cuisine in general. Aleksandra was a wonderful guide. She was incredibly knowledgable not just about the food, but about history and current affairs, and she patiently answered our many questions. Aleksandra guided us with enthousiasm and passion through Krakow. The Jewish quarter was a revelation! Aleksandra is an incredibly knowledgeable guide who shared so much interesting information about Polish modern history, traditions and food culture. She took us to three different places - the first was for "starters" and vodka, the second was for the main meal (a very traditional one similar to what my Polish father would make) and we finished with a lovely cream cake at a small shop that brings the cake in daily from Pope John Paul II hometown nearby. My family of five enjoyed two tours with Aleksandra on the same day. First at 10am was the Schindler Museum Tour and Jewish Quarter, Aleksandra was amazing and has so much knowledge and information, it was a fantastic tour and we learnt so much more thanks to Aleksandra. We started the Polish Food tour at 5pm, again we all really enjoyed our time with Aleksandra and we learnt so much about local Polish cuisine and enjoyed the various Vodka and all the food that we ate. We had a tour of Krakow with Tomasz on Sunday 11 May 2025. We agreed that he was probably the best city guide we have ever had and we have traveled quite extensively over the years Tomasz was charming and friendly. His knowledge was excellent and his command of English extremely good so that when he related stories to us we really benefitted from them. The tour was meant to be 3 hours which incidentally literally few by, but Tomasz hadn’t finished all that he wanted to show us so happily spent another half an hour with us in order the finish the tour We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him! Tomasz met me at my hotel & drove me to my family’s hometown. This was a full day tour. He showed me the highlights & had asked for addresses or particular things I was interested in doing so he could research these ahead of our meeting. He was totally prepared. He knew where to park & took me to the properties I wanted to see & we walked through and around the village square. A huge & delicious Polish meal was eaten by us for lunch & we even shared a slice of pistachio cheesecake. He even suggested a bakery for me to visit when I got back to Krakow, in my search for my grandma’s kind of Polish cheesecake, which I did on my last day in town, & it was the best cheesecake I had.I got some Polish language & pronunciation lessons too! We had the food tour with Alessandra on our first full day in Krakow. She was full of key information of Polish cuisine and stories about the Polish culture, including how Poles hold their thumbs as an expression of hoping for good luck.
