Vitalina was an amazing guide. She communicated with me prior to the tour and was on time at the meeting place. She took us every where and was knowledgeable on each site’s history and significance. The tour was called “Highlights & Hidden Gems of Hamburg” and that was exactly what we got. Some of the places you could find in a guidebook but you would miss the local commentary. Booked a walking tour with Vitalina in Hamburg after arriving on a cruise ship and did not want to be hearded around the way cruise ship tours are arranged. Vitalina was very flexible with arranging a meeting point with us and everything went smoothly meeting up and was so helpful with setting up the tour. First time in Hamburg so did not know what to expect but we did not have to worry about that. From the moment Vitalina met us she took care of everything. It was incredibly relaxing. Did I say relaxing? We walked 20 kilometres that day. Lol. We did a couple of km’s on our own. Vitalina’s tour was done at our pace and she made sure we did this in a relaxed way. At our pace. We saw everything - including the “cherry on the cake.” And we asked to end the tour at a specific part of the city. Not a problem for her. Oh - don’t take selfies - this lady knows how to take pictures, she took some great photos for us. Would I recommend Vitalina as a tour guide in Hamburg? Yes. You will meet a wonderful person and guide and leave having met a new friend. Hamburg 2023

Anna was such a great guide. Lots of knowledge and told many stories in an entertaining and engaging way. Was great with our two boys (14 and 12) and really thought how to keep them interested. It was a fabulous couple of hours, really helped us get to know Hamburg and orientate these first time visitors to the city. Anna was also super flexible in the tour time and also the route as we had a certain destination in mind. The walking tour of the city with Anna was fantastic. She already knew what I was looking for as she and I had messaged each other prior to the tour. As a result, she had customized our walking tour to my interests and needs. She showed me various sites off the beaten path and she shared a bit of the history of each one of them. The biggest highlight was our visit to the Port. We took photos, took the ferry, got immersed into the culture, the people, the food, everything was great. Anna gave me several tips and suggestions on everything I had asked her for and it made my curiosity and desire of exploring the city even greater for the remainder of my stay in Hamburg. Can't rate Gustavo's tour, because he never showed up. Meeting place clearly said St. Michaelis Church, but Gustavo want to St. Nikolai Church. He said he would come to the correct location, and I provide exact details of where we were waiting (Entrance No. 2, across from Besucherzentrum. About 20 min. later, he texted he was on the other side of the streat by the statute of Michaelis (?). Note - this statue is on the side of the church on a roof and not across the street. We waited for over 30 minutes and I finally texted we had to leave. Very disappointing experience, especially since this was a national holiday and nothing was open.Guide never showed up

I’m a very peculiar and demanding traveler since first I see all the monuments and landmarks on my own and THEN I look for locals to show me around “secret spots” without any other tourist So my guide always has to improvise a lot and go out of the usual track. VITALINA has been FANTASTIC in doing so and I highly recommend her if you come to Hamburg and have time for a non-boring visit. And she didn’t pay attention to the clock ticking so she didn’t mind if we ended the tour way overtime without charging me any extras Best customized tour ever

I had an absolutely fantastic time with Vitalina! It was my first time in Hamburg and we covered more ground and sites than one would think possible. We visited everything from coffee at Spreicherstad Kaffeerosterei, views at St Nikolai and the modern Elphi, a stop at the elbe tunnel to see the car lift, to the historical sites of the city, both the old and the new. We even had time to catch a phenomenal organ concert at St Michaelis church. Vitalina truly has a heart for Hamburg which really comes through her conversation. Not only did I experience an absolutely fantastic tour, but I also met a new friend. If you need a tour, there is no question you should see the city through her eyes.
