While William admitted at the beginning that his English wasn't great, he gave us a very low content tour. We moved a very slow pace, he didn't explain or share in much detail about the history, culture or character of the city (or country, as this was all new to our group of 4). We had to ask a lot of questions to get any thing more that what we could already read in our tour books. twice he took a personal call while we were on tour, and also made a side stop to drop something off to one of his colleagues. he included a coffee stop in our 3 hours, where he had us pay for his coffee. We have had many city tours, especially ones in Europe, both private and in a group, and this one ranked as one of the lowest we've had.Very Disappointing

William did a great job giving a tour of Luxembourg. He is very knowledgable on the city and took us all around. It was a little bit cold for the day so we asked to pivot and went into the history museum where he showed us some great interactive maps of how the city changed throughout 1000 years. Great tour and would highly recommend. Excellent and flexible guide

Leider war die Foodtour eine Enttäuschung. Von den versprochenen 10 Food-Überraschungen waren wir weit entfernt. 1. Stop mit einem super Drink, dann ein lokales Essen und danach noch ein Glas Wein was auch eher dürftig war. Der Guide war sehr nett und hat uns viel über die Stadt erzählt, doch mit Foodtour hatte das nichts zu tun. Leider das Geld nicht wet.Leider nicht wie versprochen

Alain hat einer Gruppe von Frauen die schönen Seiten von Luxembourg gezeigt. Sie fanden Alain sehr sympathisch und kompetent. Sein Wissen über die Stadt hat die Teilnehmerinnen überzeugt. Der Kontakt war problemlos und das Treffen mit den Teilnehmerinnen war perfekt. Ich würde Alain nochmals buchen.

Con il mio gruppo di amiche avevamo chiesto una guida turistica che sapesse parlare italiano, invece appena William si è presentato all'appuntamento la prima cosa che ci comunica è che non conosce la nostra lingua, e confermo che è proprio così, è stata una grande delusione pensare che abbiamo speso dei soldi per una guida che non corrispondeva alle nostre richieste ci siamo sentite prese in giro. In favore di William posso dire che è stato puntuale e gentile .Consiglio a chi gestisce la piattaforma di togliere la possibilità di scegliere una guida in italiano perché se non si è in grado non si offre il servizio Cercasi guida in italiano

I was recently in a car accident and have lower back issues, therefore my mobility is very poor. William was so kind and considerate in walking at my pace and stopping when I needed to rest. As well he either took my hand or offered his arm on stairwells, steep sections both going up or down, which was greatly appreciated. Given the wintry conditions, I probably would have stumbled if not for William's assistance. As well as his consideration, his tour was excellent. William is extremely knowledgeable about Luxembourg, its history and the city's many points of interest. He was easy going yet informative in his manner and as a first-time visitor to this city, I now feel like I know much more about Luxembourg, and its history. I highly recommend William - he is an excellent guide, highly knowledgeable, courteous and friendly, and goes above to show his guests the best of Luxembourg and himself. Thanks William! Great tour, great guide

William kennt sich super gut aus in Luxembourg und seiner Geschichte, der Stadtrundgang war sehr interessant und kurzweilig; William ist auch super sympathisch. Essen und Trinken war zwar Teil des Rundgangs, davon hätte ich nach der Beschreibung etwas mehr und Typischeres erwartet. Insgesamt war es aber ein wundervoller Abend, vielen Dank. Super Stadtführung mit etwas wenig Food

Roy gave us a terrific walking tour of Luxembourg. We were only in the city for a short period of time, so it was a real gift to have a local expert show us all the things. We also really appreciated his advice on food and other places to visit (and how to get to them). He also followed up after the tour was over to provide advice and tips! My teenager was also very engaged in the tour--so he knows how to appeal to all of his audience. Perfect introduction to Luxembourg!

Roy bleek zelf niet beschikbaar en had Carol voor ons ingezet. Een leuke, vriendelijke vrouw die graag (en goed!) veel over de geschiedenis van Luxemburg vertelt. Maar niet de 'sarcastic guide' waar we op hadden ingetekend. Onderweg helaas geen snack of drankje, wel een tip waar we dat konden kopen. Mogelijk zijn onze verwachtingen dan wat te hoog, maar voldeed wat we kregen niet aan onze verwachtingen. Wel heel fijn: Roy had voor ons aansluitend een wijnproeverij geregeld en kwam nog even zelf zijn gezicht laten zien daar. Hij was ook verbaasd dat we niets te eten bij die proeverij kregen en heeft ter compensatie ter plekke nog een extra fles wijn voor ons geregeld. Dat heeft onze teleurstelling wel enigszins goedgemaakt. Andere gids - beetje teleurgesteld

We spent about four hours with Williams walking around Luxembourg City with William. He was very knowledgeable about the city and, specifically, about the history of the city and country. We ate and drank at several establishments during our tour and everything was wonderful. I would highly recommend William as he was knowledgeable and personable and made for a great afternoon!Wonderful tour with William

We walked the upper city to view the old walls and then took the scenic elevator down to the grund. So much had changed in the grund since my previous visit. William has a good knowledge of the city and it’s history and was very personable. Great walk of Luxembourg Ville & Grund

Just want to extend another thank you to Roy, our tour guide in Luxembourg. We arrived a tad late to our meeting point, however Roy was there and waiting on us as promised. Our time in the city was very limited, so Roy was able to design our 2 plus walking tour of the historic city center perfectly. We managed to hit all the "spots" worth seeing and we actually leanrned more about the city's hsitory than I expected to. Roy was even able to get us dinner reservations considering most places were closed due to the national holiday. Honestly a fantasic tour, perfect amount of time ( for us) and an deven better guide! Thank you agian Roy ! and thank you for following up that evening to make sure we made it back to the hotel safe and sound.Luxembourg City
