Sena was amazing! Even before the tour she was getting to know our family through chat. Sena was very communicative and responsive. Even in the busy center of Shibuya, we easily found each other. Our tour was the 'Highlights & Hidden Gems of the Shibuya district' which stared off with a great spot to view the city then off to taste some of the cuisine before heading to the subway. We didn't have our IC cards set up so she was really helpful to get the whole family set up. It was a breeze to get from place to place. From there we had a great visit to a Shinto Shrine and off to see the Harajuku area. Not only was Sera amazing at speaking about each of the stops, she was really friendly to get to know us and tell us about her experiences. She eve helped d us with other spots for our vaction. We fully enjoyed walking around the main streets and of highlights of Shibuya with Sena. The area is vibrant and crowded, Sena guided us to the most iconic spots like the Shibuya crossing, we saw it from above and did the crossing in person. We visited some nice comercial areas all reachable from the train station underground. We walked around the old streets were authentic small food booths are located. We went sake tasting. Sena kindly recommended and drop us to an excellent restaurant that served great sushi. We highly recommend Sena.Visting Shibuya

we did the shibuya tour w/ sheilina, and she was great. it was me, my 6 yo son, and parents, and she was able to accommodate all our needs and interests. specifically, we had just arrived from the states the night before and were severely jetlagged, and my son was quite cranky. she kept him occupied and entertained why allowing my parents and i to sightsee. she also showed us how to buy tickets at the train station and pointed out interesting restaurants and places to buy snacks. i will be doing another tour w/ her in asakusa, and i can't wait!great tour!

My wife, son, and I recently visited Japan for the first time. It was exciting, and potentially a bit overwhelming! I've used withlocals on other trips and fortunately came across Sena as we looked into hiring a guide to show us around Shibuya. It ended up becoming one of the highlights of the trip! Sena reached out to us before we arrived, and graciously came up with a nice itinerary tailored to what my wife and 13 yo son were interested in. She made us feel very comfortable, and we had a nice, authentic few hours with her. The time flew by, and when it was over we realized we should have booked her for a second outing! Oh well, next time. Sometimes when you are tourists in a new place, hiring a guide sounds good, but sometimes there is an awkwardness having a stranger showing you around. Definitely not the case with Sena. There was no language barrier, and she gave my wife some great suggestions for her specific shopping goals. We took two tours with Carlos both great, exactly what we were looking for. We had the opportunity to see more than just the tourist side, and Carlos was able to understand our interests and tailor the trip according to our wishes. for US$ 330,— we simply expected more (an extra for $500,00 we paid for the car on top) Yokohama Chinatown shops were still closed, park ok. Drive to Tokyo. No explanation where and why we are going there during the ride. She wasn`t informed where we can see the cherry blossom…..passed by a cemetery where beautiful cherry tries were in and almost nobody around, instead we went to a park with thousands and thousands of other people, was more like the big migration in Afrika than enjoying the cherry blossom there. The shrine beside, the same bad experience. She was always ahead of the group and my wife and I partly couldn`t follow up, strange guide behavior. And if on a Sunday the restaurants are stuffed, why didn`t she made a reservation in a location before? Sorry to say, to my opinion it was a lausy experience and not well organized. We expected more

My friends and I had an awesome time in and around Shibuya with Joanne! Joanne was great, very knowledgeable and friendly! She showed us around all sorts of places in Shibuya, including everything from the busiest crossing in the city to the smaller side streets hidden away. This tour is particularly good for anyone looking to get a lot of variety in on one day, as it covers the beautiful Meiji Shrine as well. It felt like its own world within Tokyo. Joanne was able to tell us all sorts of history tidbits and facts about the shrine which really helped enhance the experience. Sena was an absolute pleasure to wander Shibuya with and we hit all the key places - Shibuya Crossing, Meiji shrine, Yoyogi Park, and Harajuku. What my friend and I loved most was that she took us to viewing areas that only the locals would know about, so we were able to show our other friends when they arrived later.
