Sheilina gave me a great walking tour around Yokohama. She was incredibly knowledgeable, about Yokohama’s history, architecture and culture, friendly, and the experience was both informative and enjoyable. We asked Sheilina to provide a day tour of Yokohama for our family group. One of our group had mobility issues. Sheilina provided a well paced and informative tour with frequent stops for photos and rest . She was knowledgeable , articulate, and understandable. She organized a fun dim sum and Peking duck lunch . Our tour included a visit to Chinatown shrines , street markets , a walk along the waterfront park , and an old brick warehouse market . A pleasant surprise was a visit to the cup noodle museum, a modern museum that explains the history of cup noodle inventor Momofuku Ando . Fun and worth the visit . Our final stop was a visit to the landmark Tower sky Garden for a panoramic view of tge city and harbour . Sheilina was very attentive to our needs and answered all our questions and more. Kader was really personable and nice; also punctual. Spoke very good English. The tour was ok—observation tower was cool but the Sankeien garden was a bust. way way too far to go on public transport (45 minutes each way ) and the garden was not well maintained—-just blah. Suggest skipping this long slog and going to Chinatown, gondolas and the amazing sushi restaurant we ended up at. We Uber’ed back to town because the bus took up the entire tour window, that cost us $35USD. He is amazing but do your homework and customize and stay downtown instead of the long slog. Fun but oh so hot

Sheilina was in contact with us a few days prior to the tour, and again from the time we got off our train in Yokohama. She ensured we found our way to Landmark Tower to meet her, and greeted us with a bright smile and welcomed us to Yokohama. She customized our tour for us, since we didn't want to walk as much in the humidity and heat. We started the tour by taking the elevator up to the observation deck of the Landmark Tower, wrote our wishes for Tanabata Festival on colorful strips of paper, and stopped for blue swirled ice cream at the snack area. Then we took the Akaikutsu bus to the famous Red Brick Warehouse where we shopped and had a light snack. Our next stop was vibrant Yokohama Chinatown where we walked around and had dim sum at a restaurant she recommended. The crispy roast pork was the best we have ever had, and the variety of dim sum we tried was delicious! After lunch, Sheilina took us to a beautiful temple where we took many beautiful photos. I told Sheilina I wanted to buy some Japanese beauty products, so she took us shopping in a local drug store and recommended some of her favorite products. We really appreciated the personalized tour and how she paid attention to our individual needs, and kept it to a pace that was comfortable for us. We highly recommend Sheilina for any of your sightseeing needs. Next time we are in Japan, we will definitely book more tours with Sheilina. I have learned a lot on this private tour and Iam so thankful for the insights, not just on the nice spots we visited but all my questions about religion and Japanese culture. We had 24 hours to spend in Tokyo and wanted to see as much as possible. We booked our tour with Sheilina and she was very accomdating with our schedule and short notice booking. What a wonderful introduction to the fascinating and beautifully preserved Asakusa! Sheilina was such a fabulous guide. Even though the day was not perfect weather wise it didn’t affect our tour at all. She had a vast understanding of the history, culture and local hidden gems of Asakusa and she was able to fit so much in our 3 hour tour. Sheilina was so very helpful answering all our questions and showed us places where we could go back later for a meal. Lively Hoppy Street was a favourite. we did the shibuya tour w/ sheilina, and she was great. it was me, my 6 yo son, and parents, and she was able to accommodate all our needs and interests. specifically, we had just arrived from the states the night before and were severely jetlagged, and my son was quite cranky. she kept him occupied and entertained why allowing my parents and i to sightsee. she also showed us how to buy tickets at the train station and pointed out interesting restaurants and places to buy snacks. i will be doing another tour w/ her in asakusa, and i can't wait!great tour!

for US$ 330,— we simply expected more (an extra for $500,00 we paid for the car on top) Yokohama Chinatown shops were still closed, park ok. Drive to Tokyo. No explanation where and why we are going there during the ride. She wasn`t informed where we can see the cherry blossom…..passed by a cemetery where beautiful cherry tries were in and almost nobody around, instead we went to a park with thousands and thousands of other people, was more like the big migration in Afrika than enjoying the cherry blossom there. The shrine beside, the same bad experience. She was always ahead of the group and my wife and I partly couldn`t follow up, strange guide behavior. And if on a Sunday the restaurants are stuffed, why didn`t she made a reservation in a location before? Sorry to say, to my opinion it was a lausy experience and not well organized. We expected more

Sheilina is definitely a 5 star guide! Enjoyed a fabulous walking tour with her in the Asakusa area and Sensoji Temple. Her knowledge of historical info and cultural insights were greatly appreciated. It was special to see the traditional Edo period architecture and speciality stores on the many side streets we explored. Lots of fun sampling various local delicacies from the Asakusa area and getting shopping tips too! She made it a wonderful and enjoyable experience even on a rainy day. Sheilina also has great sightseeing suggestions for other areas like Kamakura. We visited there and saw beautiful shrines which were even more impressive than Tokyo. Lots of interesting eateries, scenic parks and local shops. It was easy to get there on the train from Shibuya Station. I actually preferred Kamakura to Tokyo for sightseeing.Excellent, knowledgeable, friendly guide
