Huge thanks to Martin for a really fun day. Definitely the highlight of our time in Bruge!! We saw lots of Bruge and heard many great stories and history of the area which we loved. We did not know what to expect with a food tour, and we were thoroughly delighted with our day with Patrick. Open to anything, we let Patrick control the itinerary. He was extremely organized as he walked us through town, sharing city history as we walked between food tastings. Patrick has great passion for history, and he was so engaging throughout our tour. Everything we consumed was delicious, and we apprecaiated it even more for the background, history and relevance Patrick provided. Highly recommend the experience, and even more highly recommend Patrick as your guide. We hebben met Hugo een heel leuke wandeling gemaakt door minder bekende delen van Brugge Hij vertelt leuk en onderhoudend en we zijn op plekken geweest die we anders niet bezocht zouden hebben. Helaas was het culinaire aspect van de wandeling erg mager. Bakje (lekkere!) frites, drankje in een prachtig café uit 1550 en een wafel of ambachtelijk ijsje tot besluit. Maar Speculoos koekjes, een toffee of een kaneelbeschuit maken geen culinaire wandeling in onze ogen; en dat was jammer Want Brugge was geweldig, het weer was nog beter, de verhalen zeer luisterwaardig, maar al met al wel een dure wandeling in verhouding tot het culinaire aspectGoede wandeling, maar niet erg culinair

My husband and I were spending two nights in Bruges, and we wanted to explore the area with a local to see parts of Bruges that we might otherwise miss, learn more about the history of the city, and of course taste some of its specialties. We arrived at the meeting point about ten minutes early, and Tom was already there waiting for us. Tom took us all over Bruges, showed us landmarks and explained so much history with great stories. He was very engaging, and also very patient with my many stops to take photos. Tom offered us a nice variety of local foods and drinks to sample. We really enjoyed them all, but our favorite tasting stops were the chocolatier and the brewery. All-in-all, I would say that our tour of Bruges made for an absolutely perfect afternoon. We recently took a food tour in Bruges, but overall, it was disappointing. While we enjoyed tasting chocolates, waffles, beers, fries, and Flemish stew, the portions were small, and we expected more food for the price. Our guide was wonderful—friendly and knowledgeable, offering some fantastic local recommendations that added to our experience. However, the lack of sufficient samples left us feeling unsatisfied. For the price we paid, we anticipated a more fulfilling experience, so despite our guide’s efforts, the tour fell short of our expectations.Very nice guide, not as much food

We had Artur as our guide for our 3 hour tasting tour. He was fabulous and very knowledgeable about Brugge, the country and everything else in between. Very good at picking the spots that we would enjoy. Waffle stop was fabulous and we went back the next day for breakfast. Belgium Fries / Stew was a fabulous very rich gal our end to the tour. We stopped at a brewery that was fabulous and overlooked the market. He showed us a sculpture on a building that he said was suppose to be a bear, but looked like a cat. Lol. Again, I would reccomend Artur as a guide and also this tour for anyone. Great experience and guide
