Lucia was very friendly and knowledgeable. The walk was hilly but frequent stops made it manageable. Lucia was flexible with the itinerary which worked well for us. Lots of local knowledge shared which we were able to use during the remainder of our stay. I would recommend a tour with Lucia early in a visit to take advantage of her insider tips. Meine Tochter und ich haben in 3h mit Lucia viel über Lissabon und die Geschichte der Stadt erfahren. Wir haben eine tolle Zeit mit ihr verbracht und waren über den Restaurant Tipp begeistert! We spent our first afternoon in Lisbon walking with Lucia and over the three hours that we spent Lucia introduced us to Lisbon's geography, history as well as providing practical tips and pointers about how to get around the City. At the end of the tour we felt that we had made a friend and had got our bearings which we were then able to apply to the next two days of our itinerary. We will return to Lisbon in two weeks and will no doubt continue to reap the benefit of Lucia's advice. Luisa was a great local to wander through the city with. She has a very unique insight because she lived in one of Portugal's overseas territories for years before coming to Portugal. We had a slightly adapted version of the tour because we'd already visited one of the locations. Luisa introduced us to some of the hidden elevators the locals use to get around, showed some great viewpoints, and gave us a brief version of the history of each area. Mostly, we talked about life in Portugal over the years. At the end, she brought us to the best pastel de nata we had all trip, gave us an expert tip about the best seafood in town (we went twice it was so good!), and helped us plan our public transit there and to where we were going the next day. Lucia was an amazing host, showing us some great places to eat, shops and experience the city! We learned of much of the different cultures in Lisbon and the history that have left behind as well as the history being written now, with new cultures and tourism coming in. We found some great hidden gems along the way that Lucia pointed out and took in a lot of rich knowledge on the city. She was amazingly warm and considerate with a great sense of humour, making the tour a true joy! It really was like being shown around by a friend, me and my girlfriend felt very relaxed and looked after. We had great conversations to do with many things and there was never a dull moment! Such an amazing person and truly lovely human! Warm, energetic and very knowledgeable!

From the moment we had booked on the tour Lucia was in touch with her wattsapp number. This allowed us to bespoke the tour and include my wife who is 10 weeks post hip replacement operation. Lucia’s knowledge of short cuts around Lisbon and how to get the most out of our stay was superb and her general zest for life made for an enjoyable 3 hours. Our tour with Lucia was AMAZING! First of all, she is so much fun! She’s lively, energetic and so knowledgeable about Lisbon. She shared so much information about Lisbon’s history, traditions and gave helpful tips for us to use for the rest of our trip. This is waaaayyy overdue! Lucia took us on a wonderful tour of Lisbon. We had a group of 6 seniors (60-70 yo), 2 adults, 2 kids (6 and 9 yo). Lucia is extremely outgoing and planned a perfect walking tour for our age group. We went to historical sites, back alleys, even stopped for Gelato. Her knowledge of Lisbon is superb and was able to answer any questions we tossed at her. For example, she warned we shouldn’t try to buy a property to rent it out as Airbnb due to local rules and regulations. We felt she was family and not just a tour guide during our trip. If you are considering booking a tour with Luci, do it! She’s the best! My family and I arrived in Lisbon 3 hours later than planned, jet lagged and tired. Luci was our first introduction to the city. She was funny, insightful, kind, and just an overall joy to be around. As soon as we met she made an effort to get to know my kids (1 and 3 years old) and to incorporate them into the tour. Wherever we went, she ordered little treats for them and made them feel special. She also introduced us to new foods and local restaurants that we never would have thought to try on our own. By the time the tour was over, we had completely forgotten about how tired we were and couldn’t stop talking about how much fun we had all had.
