Jason was very knowledgeable and flexible during our tour. We covered a lot of ground -- the palace, winding neighborhood streets and alleyways, cafe culture, night market cuisine, and some less travelled spots that offered respite in nature. Jason is open to answering questions that offer his unique insight into daily life in Korea. He was thoughtful in checking in about the pace of the tour as well as shifting gears when an interest arose around something outside of the initial itinerary. Once we started chatting, we found Jason to be very friendly and helpful. He answered all our questions about travel in Seoul and gave us helpful tips and suggestions on where to go. The tour he created for us was customised for us; our daughter was able to take photos of paths less trodden by tourists and we also enjoyed the bustling market of Gwangjiang and the amazing cafes of Ik Seon Dong. Jason’s recommendation for street food at Gwangjiang market did not disappoint. The food we had was good. Without a doubt one of my new favorite cities in the world- Seoul! Once I booked the tour, Jason immediately reached out to find out what we were interested, so that he could tailor the perfect day of sights. We were warmly welcomed by Jason at our hotel. Sanghee Priscilla was very pleasant, funny and knowledgeable and had planned the tour well, based on what Nick wanted to do and see. I had only one day in Seoul - so decided to go WITHLOCALS to spend half of my day. Jason was great - met me at the hotel I was staying - he was very friendly and we visited a Palace - he gave me the history of it; and we went to Bukchon village - an amazing traditional neighborhood of Seoul - the very narrow streets with traditional housing; some nice shops as well; he offered to take pictures - and he is great in that! then he took me to an old area that has tons of little restaurants and cafés and art galleries - i loved th area! Priscilla organised the full day for us. So good to be picked up from our accommodation knowing we were going where we wanted to go. My mother and I did a walking tour with Sanghee that started off at Gyeongbokgung Palace and in and around Bukchon. Since my mother is older, I asked Sanghee to pace us slowly and she did a great job of showing us around the sights while checking in with my mom on how she was doing. Sanghee was knowledgeable and kind, giving us insights into the Korean life whilst also helping satisfy the "tourist" side. Highly recommend!Great tour with Sanghee!

I met Priscilla at a Metro station near Namdaemun Market and sampled a wide variety of foods from restaurants, small cafes and street stalls. I tasted many things which I would have been wary about, without her telling me about them. She was knowledgeable, funny, informative and very easy to understand. I would highly recommend her - just make sure you haven’t eaten for a few days beforehand! Her insight into Korean food was very useful in my further travels around Korea and I will definitely be cooking some of the dishes when I get home. My group really enjoyed our time Priscilla. She was very fun, charismatic, and knowledgeable about the history of South Korea. She was very familiar with the many shrines, statues, temples and artifacts, and she was able to tell the stories of each.
