Ich habe diese Erfahrung zum zweiten Mal gemacht und war erneut sehr positiv beeindruckt. Diesmal war ich mit meinem 75-jährigen Vater unterwegs und war anfangs unsicher, ob es eine gute Idee wäre, abends 2,5 Stunden mit einem Local - Guide durch Paris zu laufen. Doch uns empfing eine sehr nette und freundliche junge Dame namens Anna. Sie hatte alles perfekt geplant, genau wie ich es mir gewünscht hatte, mit viel Geschichte und vielen interessanten Fakten. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen, und mein Vater war begeistert von meiner großartigen Idee, Paris mit einer lokaler Person zu erkunden. Anna war äußerst kompetent, freundlich und sympathisch. Welly was such a fun tour guide! We knew that the tour was going to be 150 minutes and came in prepared with walking shoes and jackets. Welly led us through Paris, letting us know we could tweak the path as needed, but as it was our first and only night in Paris, we just wanted to hit the top spots. Welly was so informative and truly had a passion for French history, which was apparent in his explanations of the various spots - it seems like he knew something about every location! He also stopped and made sure we took pictures at every amazing photo spot and we’ll cherish these pictures for a long time. Book with Welly and you’ll have a fun and educational “work out” aka a 150 minute walk. A fun and educational workout!

Welly was extremely knowledgeable about Paris history, buildings, monuments, and anything else you’d ever want to know about the city. It ended up being just the two of us on the tour, so he showed me a huge range of neighborhoods and sights in just a few hours. Thank you for everything Izabele! I would highly recommend spending an evening in Paris with Izabele. She was very patient with us as we navigated Paris to arrive at our meeting spot. In the end, despite having to come and collect us she showed up with a warm and friendly smile. We walked and talked as though we were all old friends. She was flexible when we asked for a change in itinerary. Instead, she showed us the sights that locals typically enjoy. We explored two beautiful neighbourhoods that we never would have come across on our own. Izabele, answered our many questions. Since I was traveling in Paris with my teenage daughter I greatly appreciated her tips about safety and areas that we should consider avoiding after certain times. At the end of the evening, Izabele gave us a delicious dinner recommendation. After our tour she sent us an email with suggestions and recommendations that we discussed while we were in Paris. Additionally, when I asked for a further recommendation Izabele was most responsive. I would suggest booking the night walk with Izabele at the beginning of your trip. I booked the „A magical evening in Paris: City Tour“ with Giedre which was a good experience on the first day of my vacation in Paris which gave me a first impression of the city and a basic understandig of some of its monuments and its architecture. The tour started at 7.30 PM and went for 2,5 hours. The meeting point was easy to find and the communication before the tour went smoothly. Giedre is originally from Lithunia but has been living and working in Paris for quite some time. She knows a lot about the city – history and present - and is also very enthusiastic about it which makes it fun to listen to her. Among the sites which we explored during the tour were the Opera, Place Vendome, Comedie Francaise, Palais Royal and Louvre. But we spoke also about current topics such as the housing situation in Paris and the forthcoming Olympic games. YGiedre also provided me with valuable information for my further activities in Paris. For instance, I got many details on the flea market at Saint Ouen from her. In conclusion, I can onyl recommend to book a tour with Giedre as a start of your journey to Paris. It is refreshing when traveling to a new city to see it from the perspective of a local in love with their city. We had a tour with Giedre our second night in Paris. She showed up on time and was very friendly and personable. The tour however lacked energy and she was ill prepared. We walked a lot but didn’t get much of a feel for the area. We had to prompt most of the questions and it was very light on information. We came away disappointed with the experience. We requested our tour with Anyukool after reading other reviews and we were not disappointed! The original route he suggested was so similar to the streets we walked that morning so he suggested another. It was perfect! A couple of places we would have never discovered on our own. Ended the night at the Eiffel Tower timing it perfectly with the lights sparkling, and thr pyramid at the Louvre lit up. AND! He walked us to the street to help us get a taxi home! The description and published pictures of activity very misleading . It was described as evening in Paris under twilights .. see Paris at night . !! Buyer beware it is impossible to see Paris at night as sun goes down so late in summer . Yet they book it anyway . Guide was very good under circumstances but very dismal tour.. Traveling on a Viking cruise and our bus did not arrive at hotel in time to meet with Romy tour guide. Began asking to a reschedule 28 hours prior to our meeting time. Very very slow response and then was told nothing was available. $140.00 down the drain. Just to difficult to plan in advance to allow for a change that was out of my control.Unable to reschedule!!

Three of us toured predominantly the shopping part of Paris in the evening with Anukool. We walked from Gare Saint Lazarre to Notre Dame via Palais Garnier, Galleries Lafayette, the Louvre, and Isle de Cite. he tour Wass on our first night in Paris. Anukool saved at the outset by accommodating our "lostness" at the train station. It's huge and we couldn't find the meet point. Anukool was very helpful to make sure our difficulties were minimized. In other words, he came to us. Thank you! Anukool has a very laid back tour guide style. He has a good working historical knowledge about the various items of interest along the route and was good to answer our questions. That said, there was a fair amount of silent time along he way. We had a nice night with Anukool strolling thru Paris from The Opera to Notre Dame passing many historical sites and high end shopping areas. Anukool is well versed in French history and pointed out statues and buildings along our walk. He took up to a rooftop terrace where we were able to take some nice pictures of The Paris skyline. Anukool took my father and I on a really amazing night tour on foot of Paris. It really felt more like a friend was showing us around versus your typical tour guide, which I thought was great. A bit of a last minute booking on my part in case travel didn't go smoothly. I arrived in Paris that afternoon and was hoping for a quick tour to get acquainted with the city since I would be there for a week. Anukool was available for the evening walking tour and even contacted me to see if I could meet up earlier because the sun would be setting earlier. We got to several of the city highlights around the Louvre and Notre Dame at a great picture taking time. Anukool offered a lot of knowledge about the city and advice on different places to go, some places to avoid, and some interesting eating spots. He was very knowledgeable about the city, spoke perfect English, and made sure we got to all the spots I wanted to see that evening. After 2+ hours of walking and having flown overnight - I was beat so he got me to the train station and made sure I knew exactly which trains/connections I needed to get back to my hotel. My college age son was fortunate to spend two days with Welly on his first trip to Paris. Welly was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and fun to be with. He not only made sure that my son saw the main highlights, but the best aspect of the tour was that he showed him off the beaten track areas that were not tourist destinations, per se. Traveling solo, I originally chose this tour to be able to walk round in Paris at night with someone who knew their way around. Ali contacted me a week or 2 before the tour to let me know the sun wouldn’t be setting until after the tour ended, to be certain I was aware. When our tour started, I told Ali my luggage had been lost by the airline, and that I needed charging cables, etc., for my electronics but didn’t know how to find a store. Fortunately for me, there was a store near the meeting spot. He took me there and helped me find what I needed/spoke with store staff in French. I was very grateful for that help! Then we started our walk. Ali took me to some great spots for photos and stories and modified the route so we wouldn’t repeat places I had already visited with other tours earlier in my stay.
