We had a great morning, visiting some hidden gems of Marrakech. Not the historical highlights (which you ca easily visit yourself) but small nice cultural highlights like a communal bakery. Great guide and fun to ride through the city on a bike. Tip: go early because otherwise it will be too hot! Great unexpected guided bike tour

Sadly our guide who I had chosen based on reviews, didn't show. We had an enthusiastic guy but apart from a stop at a bakery which felt interesting and special, there was not much en route that you couldn't have seen from a taxi. To have much more information about the city, its people etc. would have made this tour really great as well as stopping to see things you would not see ordinarily. Could be better

If you choose this tour (and you should), go with Khawla (spelled Khaoula here on withlocals). She is the best guide you can get. A young, warm-hearted, kind, knowledgeable, smart, passionate, confident young girl full of energy. Her level of English is beyond what you would expect. The tour with her felt like being with a friend all the time. On the tour, she showed me places inside and outside the Medina, that I could never find or visit myself. Riding the bike makes it easy to see a lot and Khawla had so much to tell about the stops, about life in Morocco, traditions and culture. We ended up spending a lot more time together than planned but there was so much to talk about and not a single boring moment. The only thing you have to be aware of, while Khawla is experienced with guests that are not used to riding the bicycle and also larger groups, the tour in general is more suitable for small groups (also perfect for single traveler) and guests who are used to riding a bicycle. The streets in the Medina are narrow and can be crowded, and the traffic outside the Medina is a little crazy. But once you dare to do it, you will be rewarded with a great experience with an amazing guide that deserves a 6*-rating on a 5*-scale.Great tour with the best tour guide ever!

We enjoyed a great ride with Khaoula who was super accommodating and friendly and went very slowly so we could all find our pedaling mojo! At times it was hectic and at other times we were taken down peaceful quiet back streets so we were able to experience the real energy of the city. Thoroughly recommend Khaoula as a guide and also the great cafe she took us to for refreshments at the end. We have been back many times as it is such a peaceful little oasis. Fun family tour

It was a wonderful trip. Who had thought to cycle in Marrakech over the main roads and through the alleys? The information made our stay extra special! We had a stunning tour with the most amazing guide Kahoula through the Medina for 3 hours to different areas. She told us all about her culture and answered all our questions including her life, education and experiences as a young woman from this region. She expertly guided us through the medina despite the chaos and busy traffic in areas we would never have considered you could ride a bike!!! From booking to doing tour was fabulous. I was a bit nervous cycling in crowded city but Khaoula was amazing at guiding us and reassuring. The tour was super interesting and even better than I had imagined. Highly recommend. I booked and then cancelled and immediately rebooked kind of by accident but told I will get refunded so hopefully I will but they seem very organised on website and when checking In to do tour. If only all the motorbikes in Marakesh would swap to push bikes what an improvement it would be to this busy city.Khaoula is just such a wonderful guide

Fatima was an excellent guide, her English was very good with lots of insight on the history of our stops. The Pikala group needs to work on their communication. The location of the meet up could not be found on Google maps. Clarity of the situation took several days. Why not say we meet at Pikala Bicycle? They have helmets, ask for one. Our tour with Halima was the highlight of our time in Marrakech. It was such an experience to bike the streets with her safely guiding us through the mayhem. She took us to see so many local businesses and organizations that we never would have learned about otherwise. It was truly a local's tour. We can contrast this wonderful tour with the one we had the next day. We joined some family members who were on a fully-guided tour throughout Morocco while they were in Marrakech. The guide did take us to some beautiful sites like Bahia Palace and the Blue Gardens, but he also brought us into places whose main goal was to rip off tourists. We were left with a very bad taste in our mouths, and made even more appreciative of this WithLocals tour! Fantastic local tour

Marrakech a 40 grados en Agosto y con una niña de 5 años, no es destino más sencillo...calor gente por todas partes, tú intentando a llegar con google maps a los lugares, y una niña diciwndo que no quiere caminar, se puede hacer cuesta arriba. Por lo que un tour guiado para nuestra primera noche en la ciudad era lo que niestra familia necesitaba. Nos decidimos a hacer el tour con Lhoussiane con algunos miedos, ya que casi no tenía votaciones en esta plataforma, pero acabamos pasando una tarde/noche única. Nos presentó a su guía Mohammed quien habla perfectamente castellano y nos hizo la parte cultural y explicativa de tour, y Lhousiane nos hizo la parte del tour gourmet y nos llevó a probar cosas que jamás hubiéramos hecho por nuestra cuenta. The tour with Lhussaine was fantastic. He showed me the authentic Marrakesh, away from the usual tourist routes. We did the fabulous food tasting tour with Omar and had a really great time! We are a family with two teens, 17 and 12. I made the mistake of booking a tour at 3 pm and Omar contacted us beforehand to politely ask if we would like to delay the start. We were very grateful for his common sense! Omar is a knowledgeable and ethical tour guide. He took us to some lovely places we would never have found and gave us a great insight into Moroccan culture. The food was lovely and we were very full by the end. Our boys are foodies so that part of the tour was always going to be appreciated, however they also enjoyed all the other information. The Herbalism shop was a big hit with all of us. The presentation was educational and no pressure at all to buy anything. We did because the products are lovely! Very glad we did this tour at the beginning of our journey. It will help us appreciate the Moroccan experience even more.Insightful tour

Hij wist pas last minute dat onze dochter gluten intolerant was (kreeg de boodschap niet via de app) maar heeft hier goed rekening mee gehouden. C'est Adil qui nous a accueillis sur la place Jamaa El Fna, nous avons fait une belle visite du centre de Marrakech. Il a été très prévenant et nous a fait bénéficié de sa large connaissance de l'histoire de la ville, ce qui a donné un intérêt tout particulier à cette visite guidée. Il nous a indiqué un très bon café lorsque nous avons voulu faire une pause, nous y avons dégusté un délicieux thé à la menthe et des pâtisseries. Enfin, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la visite du Palais Bahia qui aurait été beaucoup moins riche sans ses nombreuses explications. Merci Adil !Belle visite de Marrakech avec Adil
