Our tour guide, Francesco, tried his best to entertain us, but I think that the tour itself should be modified. Yes, the tour did include all of the items stated in the offering for 6 hrs. Seems like adequate time, but we took 2 hrs to ride the train from Milan to Como and back. Francesco did his best to tell us about some history. The hour boat tour was the highlight. Other than that, we ate a good lunch. I would suggest modifying to include the funicular to have a great view, visit to villa made famous in movies, Bellagio, hiking/strolling in nice areas. If the hours are not enough, then extend the tour hours or start the tour at Como. The current tour format is just OK.Withlocals should change this tour

We had a wonderful guided tour of Lake Como with Tanja! She was calm like the lake, and took us to nice spots away from the crowded touristy areas to be able to enjoy the beautiful area. We only had one day to see Lake Como and wanted to maximize our time. Massimo created a perfect itinerary and managed to show us Varenna, Bellagio, Tremezzo, and Como, all the while making plenty of stops to eat, drink, and shop. We had a great time on our tour with Massimo - Como is beautiful and it was the last day of our honeymoon, so a relaxing day on the lake was exactly what we were looking for. Massimo also went above and beyond in helping me set up a surprise bouquet of flowers at a great lunch spot (he found the place, made the reservation, and set everything up). The guide is friendly. However, gave me the impression that he did not plan his trip in advance. When we reached the place, he started checking the ferry timing and purchased tickets. Then while waiting he suggested taking a walk to see a sculpture but we had to turn back before reaching as he said there’s not enough time to catch the ferry. And the ferry makes 20 stops but the guide only bring me to one stop and it’s not fantastic either. Did not learn more than what I could google myself although I book a local guide. Will not recommend. Ok tour

Had a great time touring Lake Como With Massimo, He was the perfect guide and got us to our destination quickly while we relaxed and enjoyed he scenery. We didn't have to stress about which train to take and where to change as he had everything planned for us. He texted us a few times before the trip to find out more about our interests and he delivered, We got sightseeing, great food and gelato plus some much needed shopping for Italian goods out of the way!! Overall it was the perfect vacation . Later on we went to a small restaurant he recommended and had the best Osso Bucco and risotto Milanese for a true taste of Milan. Massimo met me at the Central Train Station in Milan and communicated well in advance of our day together. I was staying in Lake Como for a few days and appreciated Massimo's introduction to the Lake as a local. We had a lovely lunch and he made navigating the ferries and stops so easy. I wish he could've toured every day with me! As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe with Massimo and he even checked in on me after a few days. A very caring soul who loves Milan and Lake Como! My wife and I booked a day trip with Massimo to Lake Como….what a beautiful day. We took the train to Como, and easily met him at the train station. He had already booked the speedboat to take us to Villa Del Balbianello, which was one of the highlights of this experience. But we had a few moments take in the Lake Como Duomo…which was stunning. There was a short hike, uphill to the gardens, at Villa del Balbianello. They were unbelievable! Many amazing photo opportunities. And Massimo was there to help us capture them. We were a bit tired from the sun and Massimo found a speed boat taxi from the gardens back to the pier. We then took a boat to Bellagio, visited a small 11th century duomo and walked the famous colorful streets. Massimo then took us to an amazing restaurant outside of the touristy area to eat lake fish with the locals! Although this was quite a walk in the mid day heat, the food and atmosphere were well worth it. Massimo even found a tour train for us to ride back into town on. To end the day Massimo accompanied us by train and then subway to our doorstep. Thank you for your time, great communication, and easy ways, Massimo. Massimo is an excellent guide. He went above and beyond for my family and I to make my birthday very special in Lake Como. I’ve requested a private pick up, a private boat tour of the lake, and a delicious restaurant out of the way of the main touristy area. He exceeded my expectations! Although it was raining, we had a gorgeous tour of the lake which dropped us off in front of the tastiest Michelin guided restaurant. My day with Tanja was amazing. She is cheerleader and a one-woman promotional machine for her city. Her enthusiasm and passion is contagious. When selecting a tour, I had a few requirements. I wanted something small, I wanted to see more than one village and to take a ferry. This tour was all that and more! In addition to exploring Como and Torno, we stopped at the most magical place for a food and wine tasting. I honestly can’t say enough about Tanja and this tour. I loved it and I loved the lake! Massimo went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great trip Lake Como. He worked with me beforehand to find transportation from Como to Verona. On the day of the trip, he met me at my hotel. At Como, he was knowledgeable. The town of Torno was charming. The wine, cheese, fish tasting at Riva in Torno was superb. It was more than enough food for lunch and very tasty. Afterwards Massimo stayed with me for 30 minutes when my bus to Verona was late. This trip was absolutely worth it and Massimo ensured that the trip went well!Perfect Day in Lake Como

We are a family of four and we visited Milan in June 2025. Our boys are 11 years old and we wanted to organise a tour around Milan and the Navigli area that would be interesting to them and fun. Francesco rose to the challenge. On an extremely hot day, he managed to take us around the city and give us a very interesting aspect of the sights adjusting the content to his audience. My wife and I only had one day to see many of the important sites in Milan. Our goal was to see the Duomo interior and rooftops, Sforza Castle, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, and La Scala. Francesca and I messaged multiple times as we created a plan. She was always prompt and polite. The tour itself was wonderful. Fast and efficient. Francesca is knowledgeable and a lot of fun. We were only in town for a day, so were looking to hit the highlights, and our tour was perfect for that. But on a longer visit, it would also have been a great tour to orient yourself before setting out to explore on your own. We had a wonderful walk around the Navigli area with Francesca. Francesca is very sweet, super flexible with regards to meating point and in providing the information that we sought.
