4. Oia Village

   Visit to Oia Village, the traditional settlement located on the northern tip of the island built high on the cliff-top. Stroll through a maze of small shops, restaurants and cafes, white washed houses carved into the cliff side, blue domed churches and marble-stone alleys sparkling in the sunlight, with spectacular views of the rest of the island and the caldera.

5. Three Bells of Fira

   Access to the top of the village, a great spot for panoramic view of Firostefani & Imerovigli villages, and admiring the white-washed houses extend along the reddish cliff as they hang over the deep blue sea. Capture of the blue dome church with backdrop of the volcano and the Aegean Sea.

6. Red Beach

   Short photo stop to the famous volcanic beach with its steep red rock cliffs and blue-green crystal waters. Admire the unique color of the sand embraced by red lava cliffs ending into the blue sea.

7. Black Beach

   Continue your adventure to the eastern part of the south, where you'll discover the stunningly long black-sand beach of Perissa, another of Santorini's famous volcanic beaches. Grab a bite to eat, kick back, or take a dip in its crystal clear waters.

We were a family of three adults and two children. Kostos picked us up in a large van, right on time, and immediately made us laugh. We spent a good part of the day with him, traveling around the island of Santorini, learning about the history, and visiting, not only the most popular sites, but many off the beaten track views. He took us to a fabulous place for lunch, right on the black sand beach, where there were hardly any tourists. The food was spectacular and we ate way too much, with each item more delicious than the one before. The whole day was spent being educated and laughing. Kostos is smart, funny, and made the day incredibly special. Our 9 and 11-year-olds especially enjoyed every moment. One might ask why you need a guide in Santorini. The answer is there is so much to see and so much to learn that we never could’ve done on our own. And Kostos was the perfect choice. He also recommended restaurants for our three nights here for dinner, and each one was a pearl of a find. He never steered us wrong. This was an amazing tour!! Kostas, our tour guide, was absolutely amazing! So very knowledgeable! And so very personable and funny! He taught us so much history, but also kept us laughing the entire day. He was so kind and generous with his time. The highlights were awesome, many picture taking opportunities. He took us to an amazing restaurant by the black sand beach, and was willing to wait for us and give us extra time to enjoy the meal and the water! This experience was definitely worth the price and I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Santorini! Also, I would like to comment that he was always so very quickly responsive to any of my messages. And he was also very helpful and helping me navigate the process of getting off of our cruise ship and Getting tender tickets. Little details that I had no idea about but he was so very helpful in all of these things. I greatly appreciate you Kostas! Thank you for such an amazing experience!
