Die Tour mit Gregory hat uns sehr Spaß gemacht. Er zeigte uns auch abseits von Sherlock Holmes einige Sehenswürdigkeiten, die Interessantes zu bieten hatten. This tour is mostly about the book. I thought it was going to incorporate more of the BBC’s Sherlock with Benedict Cumberbatch. It was still a nice tour. Make sure to leave time to go the Sherlock Museum at the end of the tour. You definitely get off the beaten path. Be aware the pin on WithLocals drops you at Knightsbridge which is a tube ride or taxi ride away from the Eros Statute.Sherlock Tour

Gregory was insightful, knowledgable, and extremely personable. Spending our first hours in London with Gregory was the best idea as he not only shared many Sherlock Holmes sites and tied it into actual Sherlock Holmes stories but pointed out London sites along the way. A bonus was him showing us how easy it is to use the Underground system to get anywhere. I would book another tour with him in a heartbeat. He has traveled, lived, studied in many other countries that you cant help but be impressed by his knowledge.So much more than expected!

Uns hat die Sherlock Holmes Tour sehr gefallen. Gregory was lovely and I would recommend a tour with him (he does other tours besides Sherlock Holmes, and I bet he is great!). We really enjoyed chatting with him about all sorts of things, and he even brought the kids candies! That said, I would be remiss not to point out that if your interest in Sherlock Holmes lies primarily with the television show with Benedict Cumberbatch, Gregory has never seen it!, and his expertise really lies in the books. Gregory showed us the hotel bar where Sherlock and Watson are introduced in the books, showed us a statue of Sherlock Holmes at the Baker Street Tube Station, took us to 221B Baker Street, and ended our tour at a Sherlock Holmes themed pub where we enjoyed a traditional English meal.Sherlock Holmes tiur

Wir hatten eine sehr, sehr schöne Tour mit Gregory! Es war genau die richtige Mischung aus bekannten Plätzen und Sehenswürdigkeiten und versteckten oder weniger bekannten Orten. Wir waren mit Gregory auf einer privaten Tour unterwegs. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war nicht die typische Tour mit zig historischen Jahreszahlen sondern ein Blick auf einen Teil Londons, den man als Tourist sonst nicht bekommt. Wir waren auf einem tollen Trödelmarkt, haben den Brokkoliman besucht, waren im Second Home, einem Bürocenter mit einem völlig neuen Konzept, haben Kellerräume mit einem großen Vintage Markt gesehen und sind in die Welt der Spraykunst eingetreten. Graffiti über hunderte von Metern in allen denkbaren Qualitäten. Wir waren fast 3 Stunden unterwegs und haben einen Blick auf ein anderes London genossen. Gregory spricht sehr gut deutsch und führt Dich zielsicher zu den interessanten Orten.London Art Tour

Wir haben CHF 288.00 bezahlt für eine Führung, die faktisch keine war. Einzig die Begleitung auf dem Schiff vom Zentrum bis zur Tower Bridge war ein Mehrwert. Die Tickets für das Schiff haben wir zusätzlich bezahlt. Die CHF 288.00 für die Begleitung auf dem Schiff sind in keinem Verhältnis...es ist jenseits, so viel Geld für diese Leistung auszugeben. Zudem hat er uns Gregory auch noch falsche Informationen betreffend Bus gegeben. Ich war faktisch spätabends mit meinen zwei Kindern an der Haltestelle für den Bus zurück zum Hotel und der Chauffeur hat uns dann gesagt - dass das Busticket, das Gregory für uns organisiert hat und uns informiert hat, es wäre 24 Stunden gültig - bereits um 17 Uhr abgelaufen sei.... Wir haben dann das Taxi ins Hotel genommen und zusätzlich nochmals Geld ausgegeben. Gerne würden wir ein bessere Bewertung machen. Gregory ist ein sehr sympathischer Mensch - aber seine Führung war wirklich richtig schlecht. Wir möchten ihm mit dieser Bewertung nicht schaden, aber wir haben viel zu viel Geld für das, was er uns geboten hat, bezahlt! Freundliche Grüsse Nicole HadornEnttäuschend

We had two very special guided tours with Gregory. The first arrival in London tour lead us to special places apart from the usual touristic tours. Next day we had a Sherlock Holmes tour with him. We learned to know about Sherlock and his favorite places in London. Everything was very interesting!
