We did the Triana Market tour with Mabel. It was so fun. She showed us some great shops in the market and then took us to 3 Tapas after. They were all off the beaten path bars that tourist like us probably wouldn't have found. They were are great. It was like going to the bar with a friend with her. Would 10/10 recommend her and will to any of our friends heading to Seville!!!Great guide!! Great tour!

Just had a brilliant afternoon in Triana, exploring the market and local tapas bars with Mabel. We did the Taste of Triana - Market & Tapas Experience with Elena. It was a fantastic experience with the best combination of food, wine and history. Elena had an intimate knowledge of the Triana Markets and so was able to show us around and order us tapas dishes, cheeses, salads and other local delicacies that we would never would have thought of ordering. She also introduced us to local wines and spirits that we had never experienced before. Elena’s personality was bubbly and gregarious - she had a great sense of humour and nothing was too much trouble. The experience with Elena was one of the best highlights of our visit to Seville. Jose Andres was a wonderful guide. Very attentive to our dietary restrictions and informative. As he walked us through the different neighborhoods he pointed out different local shops and restaurants highlighting what they were best known for. He was funny and kept us and our daughters engaged from the moment we met up with him. Along the way, he even offered assistance to others who were looking for direction or places to eat. He was very generous with his recommendations. We all enjoyed his stories, local shops and foods he introduced us to.. By the end of the tour we all agreed it felt like we had been taken around the city by a friend more than a guide.Great experience

Cecilia was our guide for the 10 tastings of Seville tour. We could tell right away that we were in good hands, her friendliness and engaging personality made us comfortable and conversation easy. Cecilia was not only interested in telling us about the Triana neighborhood we were in but also wanted to hear about where we were from. The tour started with some history about Triana and Seville. Then we walked through the Triana market where a variety of fish, meats, vegetables and fruits are sold. From there we made our first stop where we tasted several dishes, potatoes with mayonnaise, aubergine with molasses and lentils with chickpeas. Next was an assortment of hams, sausage, and cheeses. From there we tried a pork sandwich and some squid. Last on the tour was dessert from a pastry shop. All of the places were small local merchants who were happy to host us. We would strongly recommend Cecilia for any tour because ours was wonderful.Triana tastings

Jose Andres showed us many different facets of Seville. With stops at the Cathedral of Seville and the church of the Macarena, as well as City Hall, the parliament building, the Esplanada de España. At each stop Jose Andres gave us historical information or interesting facts. We visited the newer part of Seville where some of the popular night spots are. He always pointed out the beautiful architecture along the way like the Alfonso XIII hotel, and the Roman and Arabic walls around the city. She took us to several different stops with a variety of flavors and explained the historical and cultural context of each dish and paired it well with drinks appropriate for the taste and the locale. Each place was clearly the favorite of locals as opposed to a tourist spot. Cecilia gave us the kind of tour you hope for but almost never get. It was just me, my wife, and her — no crowds, no umbrellas to follow, just real conversation, some amazing food, and a walk through Seville with someone who actually lives it. We booked the tour during Feria, and instead of sprinting through monuments, we went for a more laid-back vibe: eat some good food, see the city, and get to know our guide a little. Cecilia nailed it. She's passionate, full of stories, thoughtful, and funny — the kind of person who drops knowledge mid-conversation without making it feel like a lecture. Also, she was genuinely surprised to learn we’re grandparents, which we’ll be riding high on for a while. Toward the end of the tour, we happened to walk through a quiet street just as the Feria fireworks finale kicked off. Cecilia led us to the bridge where everyone gathers to watch — an incredible, unexpected moment. Not saying she planned it… but she’s a musician, so we’re guessing her timing was no accident. Bottom line: book her. Unless you’re deeply opposed to great company and cool experiences.Great evening!

Her English is absolutely spot on, in fact better than my Scottish !!!! great chat about food, Seville and life in general and some great info on the city too. It was easter week and very busy and Clara had to juggle a stop due to the crowds but everywhere we went was excellent and the food was great too. It was a private tour, just the 3 of us in total and really appreciated the time Clara took with us and there was no hurry or push on time. We had such a happy fun tour with Jose. He was totally brilliant and took us to all the fun bars and restaurants, which weren't the usual tourist traps. He was so enthusiastic and fun and my teenage children really enjoyed his company. We walked over the bridge to Triana and he showed us the colourful buildings and the new and old architecture, the ceramic museum and local restaurants and tapas bars. He was so much fun and I would definitely recommend him to my friends. The tour with him was the highlight of our trip to Andalucia.A really fun tour of Seville.
