Nino was a fantastic guide and gave a dollop of history and a full serving of food. He took us to several places that we wouldn't have found on our own and, as another reviewer said, took us to a place with the easily best mozzarella we've ever had. We also learned a lot about Neapolitan cuisine. I can't recommend it highly enough; you'll really enjoy your time walking, talking, and eating with Nino as your guide!The best food tour we've ever been on!

Milly and her Pompeii tour was fantastic! It was enough time to get a good taste of this historical site, but not too long to keep the children entertained. We took a 9 and 11 year old, and they were thoroughly fascinated! Fantastic way to see Pompeii

We had the pleasure of experiencing a 10 tasting tour with Nino in Naples. It was full in terms of history and food and stories with many stops. Where do I start? Nino was an amazing tour guide. We picked him because in his bio he said he was a foodie and boy did he deliver. Naples was a busy city with tons of places to eat. Nino took us to all the small places we would have never stopped in. We ate the best “Real” Italian mozzarella of our lives. Not sure I will ever see mozzarella the same again after eating such an amazing cheese. There is so much more I could say but this review would be pages long. We’ve been to a lot of food tours over several different countries. Naples had the best food we’ve ever had hands down. Book Nino you will not be disappointed. The best food tour we’ve had

The food choices he made were exceptional and all were from little out of the way places we couldn’t have known about. Such a lovely experience on many different levels. We literally signed up for this food tour 3 hours before. Miriam was an absolutely wonderful guide. She took us all over historic Naples to sample street food and drink, things we would not have experienced on our own. She even helped us find the metro to take us to our car. We loved our tour with Pina. We got great recommendations for our downtime in the city. We really loved both that she recommended including the castle at the top of the hill. She recommended a couple of restaurants as well and they’ve all turned out to be wonderful. I’m so glad we booked this tour. It gave us a good layout of the city as well as the things to do and not to waste our time on. She was great and I would totally book again! Great tour!

We had a great introduction to Naples with Nino. His approach was to educate us of why Naples is what it is today through its historical foundations. It was a very interesting technique which most could easily understand. As a foodie he moved seamlessly into giving an understanding of the development of the Napoleon food and wine culture. A thoroughly enjoyable 3 hours. A definite yes to using Nino. A great guide for discovering Naples!

We loved our walking tour with Nino. We enjoyed the combination of history and food! Nino pointed out so many things about Naples that we would have missed on our own. We booked a 10 Tastings of Naples street food tour with Nino for the day we arrived in Naples. Our family of four - two parents and two young adults - thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our walking and eating tour with him! The food we tasted was amazing and he gave us lots of background on the origins of the various things we tasted, the history of the region and so much more. The buffala mozarella, the pizza, the pasta with ragu...my mouth is watering remembering all the delectable foods we tasted! He also gave us a fantastic restaurant recommendation that turned out to be the best meal of our whole trip to Italy! Nino was delightful, informative and also gave us some great advice beforehand on procuring Napoli tickets. We would book with him again and recommend his street food tour to anyone looking for a nice overview in Naples. Worked out perfectly to do it our first day since we knew what we liked and could go back for more!Fantastic street food tour!

I enjoyed my 2.5 hours with Pina very much. I wanted an overview of Napoli and Pina took me to many places, told me of others and gave me a terrific background to Napoli. We talked about the locals, history and of course, food. She told me there are three Ps when one thinks of Napoli: Pizza, Pasta and Pastries. I now can vouch that this is true. This is the only tour of many with With Locals that was a disappointment. It was difficult to hear Nino and he seemed that he would much rather be elsewhere. While we agreed to skip one course, we only had six tastings. We ended an hour early. I have never before not tipped a guide but I felt that we way overpaid for what we received. Very disappointed

Miriam was unable to lead our tour due to a personal issue so she arranged for Giovanni to cover for her. Having read Miriam's reviews we were a bit disappointed but after meeting Giovanni and doing the tour with him we were very happy. Giovanni introduced us to some of the wonderful tastes and the culture of Napoli. Giovanni was very friendly and knowledgeable. Miriam was an awesome host. Before the tour even started she contacted me to verify the time, location to meet and food preferences. On the day of the tour she was on time and whilst my wife and I were a bit hesitant of what to expect, from the moment she arrived we felt like we were meeting up with an old friend. Miriam truly represents the spirit of Naples, warm, passionate and full of energy. She took us through the bustling neighborhoods and markets, taught us about history, the importance of spirituality to Naples and most importantly had us try delicious Neapolitan food. It was fantastic getting to experience Naples through her eyes and getting to eat delicious food along the way. I highly recommend this tour if you're interested in getting away from regular tours that feel more like a documentary and touring Italy with a local celebrity...;). Thanks again Miriam. P.s. We my wife and I came on an empty stomach and were more than full by the end of it so no need to worry about being full by the end.Bring your appetite! You'll be full by the end of this food tour

My wife and I did the food tasting tour with Miriam one evening in late September 2023. The tour was absolutely perfect. The food was varied and abundant, all from smaller businesses that Miriam eats at herself. Pina was a delightful and very knowledgeable host. She was excellent in communicating before we arrive, to make sure we were all set. She alerted us that she would be a bit late (unavoidable delays with the transportation system). We had an excellent afternoon food tour with Nino! We had a family of 6 that included 2 seniors and 2 children (9yrs and 6yrs). Nino was warm, friendly, calm and patient and effortlessly walked us through the busy streets of Napoli tasting the BEST food. We tried so much delicious food but it was just the right amount as were full yet still comfortable and we enjoyed learning about the culture and the pride in their food. We took the walking food tour with Nino and he couldn’t have been better. His knowledge of the history, food and best places to get specific types of food was exactly what we were looking for. Nino was so polite and enjoyable to spend time with that it made for a perfect way to spend the last day of our three week vacation. The only recommendation I would make is (and I meant to do this before we met up but ran out of time) to let Nino of food preferences in advance. We are not big meat or fish eaters and had Nino known he would’ve tailored our tour accordingly. Lots of food for food lovers!! Great Experience

Nino did a great job on our 10 Tastes tour. As a longtime and enthusiastic local, he was able to tell us a lot about the history of the city and its people. The walk was at a good pace, all the store owners knew him where we went, he reserved food and seats for us at little shops which we would not have been able to do on our own, he is personable and friendly and speaks good English. He accommodated our schedule by meeting us at our hotel and ending the tour at the San Severo chapel where we had a tour booked already. Thanks Nino!Excellent history and food tour
